You should probably put the second part in hide tags, if you insist on keeping it. Also, edit the title, and put the WIP tag on it.

Phanpy
Overview
########
Phanpy has no truly defined roles. It's strength is that it is capable of playing so many different roles that opponents cannot predict. In a weird way you can never truly safely switch into a phanpy because you don't know what it is running. It has a strong move that is super-effective versus anything. It can serve as a stealth rock setter that can take a beating or as a a great switch in mon to a lot of moves. Never-knowing what phanpy's moveset is is what makes it useful because it can adapt to any situation.

Unpredictable
########
name: Unpredictable Slugger
move 1: Head Smash
move 2: Knock Off
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Gunk Shot
ability: Pickup
item: Eviolite
evs: 80 HP / 196 Atk / 116 Def / 116 SpD
nature: Adamant

Moves
========
With phanpy's diverse moveset you have many options. To best take advantage of its set you can use an offensive four attack moveset. Its attack hits 16 in this set, so doing good damage to almost any mon is a very real possibility. Head Smash is used for flying types. Flying types are ever so common with archen, fletch, and vullaby. Head Smash should KO any of these, and knockoff can get rid of the pesky eviolite. Head Smash is also powerful enough on its own to do a lot of damage even if they switchout. Knockoff takes a slot because it is extremely useful for softening up your opponent's mons. Despite this phanpy being offensive it still has good defense to survive most anything and then still knockoff their item. Earthquake is used for the obvious STAB and gives phanpy an immensely strong base attack. Lastly is gunk shot which is a great move that hits hard and can poison your target while at it. Its main use is for grass types fairy types that can be tough to handle regularly.

Note: Ice Shard, Superpower, Seed Bomb, Double-Edge, Rock Slide, Counter(Niche,) and Iron Tail also are viable moves

Set Details
========
The EVs of phanpy are very important in this set. They allow phanpyto maintain solid defenses at 14(Def) and 12(SpecD) that work with its eviolite nicely. The HP EV is the left over EV after the defenses and attack, but still comes in handy bringing phanpy's health points up to 26. The adamant nature lets phanpy get 16 attack which compliments its moveset and allows it to hit hard while also maintaining solid defenses. The eviolite is to make its defenses good for absorbing some hits.

Usage Tips
========
Offensive phanpy can be used almost anytime during a game. Because of its defenses with eviolite it can survive most any move used against it. Switching into phanpy is generally safe but as it is not defensive phanpy it must be more precautions. Phanpy is most likely best as a false stealth rock setter especially versus a setter like onix because you can knockoff its item and then earthquake or a super-effective move from any of phanpy's many possible moves.

Team Options
========
Phanpy can fit in with most teammates. However phanpy does best when it has grass types to counter its grass and water weaknesses. Barring these phanpy also benefits from having other mons to switch out to that can take a hit. That is because once a move of phanpy is shown many opponents will switch into a mon to counter phanpy.
