Assuming these pills are permanent and never wear off, 1,3,5. Immunity to all disease, permanent strength, and permanent mental clarity makes you practically immortal.
Perfect health implies you can only die naturally by old age.
Permanent strength implies your muscles and bones cannot waste, meaning you cannot die by old age.
and permanent super intelligence means you keep all your faculties along the way.

4 would be absolutely cool because assuming it mitigates any illness, you’d essentially become a divine miracle doctor and you’d likely get number 9 as a result because of that. Like ANY illness? Sign me up.
Now things get a little dicey if 4 actually comes with a cost, like say, shortening your own life by a certain range of years. This could be trouble unless you can heal multiple people at once. How exactly do you have to apply the healing process? Do you have to make contact? Do you release it through an aura? Am I looking too far into a smog off imaginary pill choice?

So, after discussing this in a Discord server with a few other Smogon users, I have decided to make a definitive tier list for these pills. After various arguments back and forth I have finally decided on what I view as the best pills, from worst to best.
C tier
B tier
A tier
S tier
Warning: Effects of pills become somewhat more subjective from this point onward.

As much as sentimentality can help a person get through life, this is probably the weakest pill on this list. Not only is this only a personal ability, meaning you wouldn't be able to talk to the deceased of another person's loved ones, it is unlikely people would be able to believe you even if you could tell them what they have said to you.
The major issue of this pill is that the specifics of "find love forever" are very unclear. When will you find this love forever? How strong will your love be for said person? It ends up being quite aimless by comparison to the rest of the pills, and it is likely that some of the higher tier pills on this list will be able to replicate this pill to a greater level.
B tier
Super strength is an interesting case. Whilst it is a pill that will have considerable effects and allow you to commit heroic acts, the positives really end there. You can't really improve your strength from what it is, nor can you improve the other aspects of your life relating to mood and your internal social status. You effectively become defined by this pill by taking it, unless you pick one of the better pills to get this power later.
I actually considered this to be the worst out of all of the pills, but considering that this could mean ANY three things about the past, this means that you could change your upbringing, your own birth, or even the creation of life itself. Whilst this does not give you any permanent powers like being able to fluidly change your body type or the ability to create unlimited money from your own wishes, it does give you a fair amount of variance of what you can do with your life.
A tier
also known as Dysphoria Be Gone Pill. Being able to fluidly change what your body is effectively allows for not only some feats of super strength but allows for a whole load of communication options and health options to be offered to whatever you desire. This also has the problem of the technicality of a "body type"; you could define yourself to be something entirely fictional, and as long as it would work biologically, you could effectively give yourself partial effect of most of the pills just by taking this one. The downsides to this are that the powers are quite underwhelming compared to some higher tier pills that you could take.
The major issue with this pill is the ethical issue of having the ability to magically heal terminal illnesses; but as long as the rest of the pills can accomodate for this, the effects that result from this pill being used can not only considerably improve relationships, far more than what true love will, but will also be able to make a large amount of money from being a miracle doctor that can cure even the gravest of ails. A major upside to this pill is that it is also capable of doing feats that only one other pill can pull off completely. I picked this as a choice of mine due to these consequences - as long as I am capable of keeping my friends safe and myself safe, everything should go smoothly in life.
S tier

Perfect health is basically what super strength wants to be as an effect. Perfect health is not only something that is humanly defined, but even if it is just talking about the basic effects, your body is practically immune to infections from microorganisms, can shrug off anything that isn't a fatal blow, and bolsters the effects of your body to the strongest that they can be. Not only that, but unlike the next two on this list, this pill's side effects are instantly acting, meaning you don't need to commit to the hard work that you might need to do with the other pills to use it to its full potential.
This was something that in the original discussion was considered to be the single best pill of them all, and it's not hard to see why. Super intelligence, given enough time and support from the other strong pills, such as perfect health, allow one to practically replicate the effects of any pill aside from 7, 8 and the full effects of 4 and 9. However, even despite this incredible strength, I do believe that without the support of perfect health, super intelligence is very prone to the effects of mania from lack of engagement or the brain managing to convince itself it is something that it isn't. Despite the incredible feats that super intellect can provide, and how super intellect will practically transform the entire planet if used correctly, it absolutely pales in comparison to the power of the last pill...

I have to be honest; the first time I looked at this I knew 9 was powerful, but I was almost convinced it sat behind intellect. However, there is a loophole that makes unlimited money far, FAR more powerful than any other pill on this list - it is the only pill on this list that effectively makes you a god. Money is an object entirely based on human perception - we only call an item money if it is acceptable currency for us to use to trade. This can include actual material wealth, like gold, copper, and other various rare elements. Not only is the socioeconomic power of unlimited money completely crushing to the point where anything involving paper or digital money is completely void and null if this power is used properly, but if money is defined as an item like gold, you could create infinite amounts of this type of money. Not only does this make for an overwhelming defense mechanism, it makes for an insanely destructive force as you could just wish planet-sized bundles of paper notes into existence, crushing the entirety of humanity with it. And if you dictate what money is defined as, which you inevitably will with extreme wealth and power, you can quite literally clone anything that already exists. This, given a short amount of time, practically acts as every single pill aside from 7 and 8, and has a unique effect that practically nothing else can compare to. This pill is broken, and those people not taking it will falter to the will of a person capable of creating practically anything they so desire out of thin air.

unlimited money is bad because money would lose its value if someone had an infinite amount of it.
Really all you need is anything that helps you live the longest and number 5. Odds are you will think your way to an infinite life if you have enough time and don’t degrade etc. plus infinite intelligence can pretty much get you the rest of them (including both love and money).
