according to this:

Pikachu can learn surf.

This aint true i think, since then i guess it would be for raichu too a nice move.

Can you clear me up on that?

Also: Pikachu has merely 10 more Special ATK if it uses Lightningball, which takes the itemslot and gives your terrible other stats. (or do i calculate wrong?)

And then Pikachu is OU and Raichu UU? Tbh it doesnt make sense to me.

Pikachu was released with Surf from the Pokemon Box in RSE.

Pikachu's Special Attack stat is doubled with a Light Ball, meaning it has 398 with a Timid nature while Raichu has 279 with a Timid nature.

And Pikachu has an OU analysis on the Dex but is listed as being in the NU tier. Raichu has both OU and UU analyses within the same set, so it is listed as having an UU analysis and is listed as being in the UU tier.
