XY Doubles pinoy forced me into this help 2: The drawing madness continues

The sequel to "pinoy forced me into this help" is here! With more pretty drawings! More joke teams that are actually decent-ish! and better, more shitty jokes!

This team begun when I thought: "I better come up with a shitty team idea and make it good-ish then make the sequel to "pinoy forced me into this help" ", I was breezing through smogon when I saw Memoric on my profile page, and decided to use the "Memoric's Special", a Defiant Thundurus with Power Herb + Fly, stomping the noobs all day, erry day. So I decided to use it along with Mamoswine because I just finished the analysis for him :D, the rest came when I was brainstorming some cool underused pokemon and stuff, and then tweaked the team by changing some sets and removing Mega Pinsir for Mega Kanga.

Not a single lady (Thundurus) (M) @ Power Herb
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fly
- Wild Charge
- Knock Off
- Protect
Thank you based Memoric for inventing this <3 I love this set so much it's weird and I need treatment. While Fly may seem weird and stuff, it forces people to Protect a lot when they think that you're flying something when you're flying something else, it will also make me almost unhittable for a turn! And 90 BP isn't bad at all. Wild Charge is there for coverage and stuff, powerful and all but the recoil sucks :( , Knock Off helps against Aegislash, Gengar, Cress and a bunch of other things, not only that but it Knocks Off items! Which is cool and based. Protect ruins the double targetting that is obviously going to happen when they Snarl, Icy Wind or Intimidate you, which is bound to happening because of this set's surprise factor. Because I have TWind, I use Adamant for that extra bit of power that this set likes.

NubStomper (Mamoswine) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 176 HP / 252 Atk / 80 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Protect
I heard somewhere that this paired really well with Tornadus, and since my Thundurus set is pretty much Tornadus and because I wrote a Mamoswine analysis, I decided to use him! And damn he's good! the coverage is just too damn nice, the amount of things weak to Ground or Ice in the meta is too damn high! And not only that, only Bronzong, Cryogonal, Rotom-W and H AND Surskit resit it! All the moves have been explained on my analysis, same for EVs, so i Ctrl + C Ctrl + V it :>
  • Earthquake is a powerful STAB spread move, obligatory on any Mamoswine sets. With an Ice move it gets almost perfect coverage (fukn Surskit and Bronzong)
  • Ice Shard is used because Mamoswine has mediocre speed, at -1 it does 70%~ to 4/0 Lando-T, which is pretty decent. It can pick off most weakned threats, that makes him one of the most reliable answers to Shaymin-S.
  • Icicle Crash is less powerful than Spear, but it is more reliable and has a nice flinch chance, makes Mamoswine a more reliable answer to Amoonguss and on average it does more damage than Spear.
  • Protect is there to disrupt offensive strategies, stall out Trick Room/Sun/Rain or w/e and all that good stuff that Protect does.
    • The EVs are simple, 252 Atk with Adamant for imediate power, 176 Spe to outspeed neutral natured base 70s, the rest is dumped into HP.
    • Sash is for survivability, Mamoswine has mediocre bulk so a Sash helps a lot vs things that can outspeed and OHKO it, like Terrakion.

pls sit on my face (Keldeo-Resolute) @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Secret Sword
- Hydro Pump
- Icy Wind
- Protect
Keldeo is just awesome and people don't know it, it checks almost all the S Rank threats which is just awesome as fuck, it also hits super hard and can provide additional speed control with Icy Wind, which is the main reason why I use it. Secret Sword and Hydro Pumo are his STABs and hit super hard it is not fair, Protect is there to disrupt offensive strategies, dual targetting and all that good stuff that Protect does that we know and love. I'm using this super complicated spread because it's really all that he needs, I'm using Modest > Timid because 1. I want my Keldeo to be outgoin and social 2. I have enough speed control to a point where some of my mons don't a speed boosting nature.

Luxray's Waiffu :3 (Sylveon) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Hyper Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Psyshock
When thinking on what works well in TWind with speed control, Specs Sylveon came up, in TWind + Icy Wind Specs Sylveon is not fucking fun for the opp, as he is going to die. A lot. I use Hyper Beam because Wide Guard is common-ish and I can use this to bypass that OR when I seriously need something dead OR 1v1 situations. Shadow Ball deals with Aegislash and Cresselia while Psyshock deals with Poison types like Amoongus and Golbat (I saw this once on the ladder and it scared me it's so bulky omg). The EVs are super standard, max bulk and power.

DINKLEBURGH11! (Kangaskhan) (F) @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 12 SpD / 112 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Double-Edge
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
When I was thinking of an Mega to use, I looked for the most powerful thing ever in dubs just to stomp noobs with my speed control, Kanga was the choice. SpaceBass suggested this set for me, which is based af, Fake Out to flinch mons so I can setup TWind or w/e, Double Edge to kill something imediately, Drain Punch to recover the HP loss from Double-Edge's recoil and Ice Punch, according to SpaceBass, has saved him a lot more than Sucker Punch, since he competed with pomodoro for the ladder god status for a few days I trusted him. I have no clue what the EVs are for, they have something to do with outspeed Breloom after mega evolving and Mega TTar before mega evolving, ask him on the chat later, if I get any explanation I'll edit it here.

Fatios (Latios) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Tailwind
- Protect
Originally had Scarf Latios but they guys on the chat suggested LO + Tailwind, which i thought was a great idea and rebuilt my sets around that, Draco Meteor hits like a fucking truck, doing 70%~ to non-bulky Kangaskhan and buttloads of damage to everything else. Psyshock hits specially bulky things and Fighting/Poison types hard as fuck. Tailwind is for speed control and it really helps this team, because a big part of it is slow and stuff. Protect is there to disrupt offensive strategies, double targetting and all that good stuff that protect does, EVs maximize SpA and Spe, I like more Spe so I can outspeed Jolly Terrakion outside of Tailwind, otherwise it can just stomp me with the right support.

My sides are in orbit. That Sylveon is amazing.

I use Moonblast > Hyper Beam because it lost me 3 games missing... Moonblast OHKOs Hitmontop most of the time I think, and thats the main wide guard user Sylv can actually hit.

I'd maybe try HP ground > Shadow Ball, but when I was helping you yesterday Shadow Ball seemed to be doing the team well so maybe not. Another thing to think about is Quick Guard > Icy Wind on Keldeo, to stop the everpresent Fake Out or a Brave Bird from Talon. With the TW support you could maybe survive without it.

Also, getting to 5 on the ladder doesn't bring me close to Pomo ladder god status :(
