Cinderace @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Blaze / Libero
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe OR 148 HP / 128 Atk / 232 Spe

- Court Change
- Will-O-Wisp / Sucker Punch / Gunk Shot

[SET COMMENTS]
Having access to a high Speed stat, useful utility moves, and the ability to effectively generate momentum through U-turn, Cinderace is a consistent offensive pivot. Its high base Speed solidifies it as a potent revenge killer of a plethora of offensive threats such as Ogerpon-W, Tapu Lele lacking Choice Scarf, and Iron Valiant. Court Change makes Cinderace a solid entry hazard removal option, as it matches up excellently against hazard stacking teams. Additionally, it can remove hazards in the face of Gholdengo, one of the most common Pokemon used to prevent hazard removal. Will-O-Wisp is preferred over coverage options, as it allows Cinderace to weaken common physical attackers like Kingambit, Garchomp, and Dragonite, though Sucker Punch can be used to revenge kill faster threats like Volcarona after a Quiver Dance boost and Tornadus-T. Gunk Shot is also an option that OHKOes Tapu Lele, Ogerpon-W, and Iron Valiant along with threatening Mega Diancie, Tapu Fini, and Clefable with 2HKOs. Heavy-Duty Boots nullifies Cinderace's weakness to hazards, allowing it to act as a more consistent pivot. Blaze allows Cinderace to score a 2HKO against the likes of Landorus-T and offensive Great Tusk and an OHKO against Tapu Lele and Iron Valiant with Pyro Ball. Libero also has its perks, as Cinderace can deal more damage with U-turn and change types to get rid of its Ground and Water weaknesses, helping it defensively. The second EV spread allows Cinderace to outspeed Iron Valiant lacking a Speed Booster Energy boost while scoring a 2HKO on specially defensive Galarian Slowking.

Cinderace fits best on offense and bulky offense teams that appreciate its ability to consistently generate momentum, reliably remove entry hazards, and revenge kill offensive threats. As Cinderace can threaten Mega Scizor and Clefable if running Gunk Shot, it is an effective teammate for Landorus-T and Great Tusk, which benefit from it threatening their checks. Potent wallbreakers such as Tapu Lele, Mega Diancie, and Mega Latios appreciate Cinderace's ability to consistently pivot ; in return, they can wound its checks including Alomomola and Toxapex. Cinderace often struggles to safely enter the field due to its mediocre bulk, meaning it can't switch into the likes of Zamazenta, Ogerpon-W, and Raging Bolt. Therefore, defensive staples like Ferrothorn, Pecharunt, and Zapdos are appreciated. The former can reliably set hazards to ease Cinderace's ability to pick up OHKOs and 2HKOs, while the latter two can pivot it in, thus giving it more opportunities to enter the field. Cinderace lacks reliable recovery, making it easy to chip down over time ; therefore, Alomomola can help with its longevity by Wish passing to it.

Having access to a high speed stat, useful utility moves, and an ability to effectively generate momentum through U-Turn, Cinderace is a consistent offensive pivot. Its high base speed allows it to revenge kill a plethora of offensive threats, such as Ogerpon-Wellspring, Tapu-Lele lacking Choice-Scarf and Iron Valiant Kartana (Kartana isn't a great mon atm + it would never stay in vs a Cinderace; also Iron Valiant is a much better example), solidifying it as a potent revenge killer. Blaze allows Cinderace to score a 2HKO on the likes of Landorus-T and offensive Great Tusk while OHKOing Tapu Lele and Iron Valiant with Pyro Ball when at low health (filler). Libero also has its perks, as U-Turn becomes a STAB move, allowing Cinderace to deal a good amount of damage while generating momentum. (This seems like a filler since it's quite obvious what a Libero U-Turn does. I think you can restructure this a bit with mentioning how Libero can help you with all the different moves and their respective type changes. You can also mention how Libero helps you defensively as being able to change types, getting rid of the original weakness can be good for Cinderace.) Court Change makes Cinderace a solid hazard removal option, as it matches up excellently into entry hazard stacking teams. Additionally, it can remove hazards in the face of Gholdengo, one of the most common Pokemon used to prevent hazard removal. Will-O-Wisp is preferred over coverage options, as it allows Cinderace to weaken common physical attackers like Kingambit, Garchomp and Dragonite, though Sucker Punch can be used to revenge kill faster threats like Volcarona after a Quiver Dance boost and Tornadus-T, while Gunk Shot OHKOs the aforementioned Tapu Lele, Ogerpon-Wellspring and Iron Valiant along with threatening Mega Diancie with an OHKO (Mega Diancie does get OHKO'ed by Gunk Shot? 252 Atk Libero Cinderace Gunk Shot vs. 0 HP / 0- Def Diancie-Mega: 186-220 (77.1 - 91.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO) and Clefable with a 2HKO. The 2nd EV spread allows Cinderace to outspeed Iron Valiant lacking a speed Quark Drive boost while scoring a 2HKO on specially defensive Galarian Slowking.

Cinderace fits best on offense and bulky offense teams that appreciate its ability to consistently generate momentum, reliably remove entry hazards and revenge kill offensive threats. Potent wallbreakers such as Tapu Lele, Mega Diancie and Mega Latios appreciate Cinderace's ability to consistently pivot. In return, the aforementioned wallbreakers can wound Cinderace's checks, including Alomomola and Toxapex. Cinderace often faces difficulties with its mediocre bulk, giving it limited opportunities to safely enter the field. It also has a major weakness to Water and Ground type attacks, leading to Choice-Scarf Urshifu-R and Choice Scarf Landorus-T forcing it out. (Filler) Defensive staples like Ferrothorn, Alomomola and Zapdos are appreciated (Honestly you can shorten the above sentence and mention the main points here). The former can reliably set hazards to ease Cinderace's ability to pick up OHKOs and 2HKOs, while the latter can pivot into Cinderace, thus giving it more opportunities to enter the field. Cinderace can get easily chipped over the course of a game due to it lacking reliable longevity. The aforementioned Alomomola can Wish pass into Cinderace, helping with its longevity. (You can shorten these two sentences) As a teammate, Cinderace can occasionally switch into Grass type attacks from Rillaboom and Kartana that Alomomola is threatened by. Cinderace also threatens one of Alomomola's best answers, being Ferrothorn. (Imo both of these sentences are kinda filler and obvious. And also, what happened to Zapdos' explanation?)

Use this method (video and written guide in point 3) to implement this check.

I want to take another look at this before it gets uploaded because the first paragraph needs a lot of ordering changes. The paragraph order needs to match up with the order of the set.
  • Here, you mention Court Change before the three slashed moves, but Court Change is move 4 and those are move 3. You can reorder the text here or change the order of moves on the set
  • You also talk about Blaze vs Libero in the middle of the move explanations. All the moves should be explained in one big block, then other set details like the ability choice/items/natures/EVs etc come after that
credit both me and gambit for GP
