Hello everybody, I'm Dr. Ad3s and this is my second RMT ever!
I've been active in the ladder lately, testing and giving some advices, and I've decided to try all of the different playstiles to find out the one which suits me most... And now it's time toget a life stall!
EDIT: PLEASE RATE, I NEED TO KNOW IF MY TEAM CAN IMPROVE/IF I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING. THANKS!
P.S. Sorry for my poor English, it isn't my mother toungue but I'll do the best that I can :D
Well, here's a little preview of my team:
Ok, I bet you got pissed off just by looking at them :3
Ok then, let's start!
Seizure, the Heatran:
Seizure (Heatran) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 244 HP / 12 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Protect
- Roar
Lava Plume: pretty obvious STAB, it helps a lot Heatran in his job; I've chosen it over Magma Storm for three reasons: 1) burning is better than trapping 2) more accuracy and 3) more PPs. When it gets a burn on incoming Landorus-T bar T-Tar they can't hurt my team any more, and it's useful against any type of physical sweeper (except ConkelGuts). Overall, it's just a Fire-type Scald.
Protect: I won't spend too many words on this move; it's just meant to gain an extra Leftovers recovery and/or to scout Tricks and Choices. It has proved to be really useful.
Roar: this is an incredible move for Heatran. With all the pressure he puts on the opponent, Roar can A) help scouting a switch-in to Heatran and B) force switches so I rack up some damage or can use a free Lava Plume. It's also needed to phaze, especially Clefable and fairies in general. Unfortunately, I lack another phazing mon.
Important member of the team, one of its bases.
Fire Blast: What? Fire Blast on Slowbro? Yes, and you may not know how much does it help. Imagine, There's a Landorus threating Heatran, I send in Fever, he switches to Ferrothorn, and BAM! 2HKOs (at least)! It also helps against MegaScizor: Slowbro can tank a Knock Off and survive, and OHKO back with Fire Blast (on 252 HP / 88 SpDef and below) or 2HKO, and with Stealth Rock on the KO is almost guaranteed. It is a serious threat for a lot of Pokémons whothink they can easily switch into my wall.
Foul Play: I know, it may seem an odd choice... But I really didn't know what to put in here. Without Mandibuzz (which didn't suit my team very well, actually) I felt quite defenseless against setup sweepers such as Dragonite or Zard-X. Then I've decided to put Foul Play (which is usually a Mandy's feature) on my Slowbro. I dont' know, it helps with Zards (at full health, I can take anything but +2 Outrage and above) but usually deals just enough for a 2HKO (OHKO for +1/+2 with Rocks damage) even on Dragonites (i usually like to burn'em anyway). The slot is open, maybe Ice Beam or Psyshock/Psychic... I need advice on this slot! EDIT: it helps against enemy Aegislash, one point toGriffindor Foul Play!
Slack Off: nothing to say here, just reliable recovery (besides Regenerator and Leftovers) and something to help stalling statused Pokèmons.
Very useful and almost fundamental, but yet not fundamental his amazing bulk saved me more tha once, member of the team.
Necrosis, the Blissey:
N.B.: I won't spend too many words here, Blissey is already well known!
Necrosis (Blissey) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 212 HP / 44 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
RoleTime for blobs. Without a pink blob, it isn't stall! I'm just joking, but Necrosis, my Blissey, is goddamn useful through the game, becoming a pain when threats are down. She acts as my cleric and my second special wall, taking everything Slowbro, Heatran or Saur don't want to take. I chose her over Chansey because A) she doesn't fear Knock Off too much and can still survive and stall a statused wallbreaker Landorus. I need her to pas her huge Wishes, to Heal Bell my team and to motherf*cking stall any mon she can. And also, f*ck the SkarBliss core, I cannot work with it.
Heal Bell: Two words: NO STATUS. HA HA HA NICE TRY TOXIC SPAMMERS! Helps with burns on Venu and TWaves on Entei, too.
Soft-Boiled: Do I really have to explain this? Immediate recovery. Just that. Maybe I could use Protect to scout... But I'm happy with Soft-Boiled, for now.
Seismic Toss: SPAM move. 100 HPs damage is just enough to weaken her switchins!
Very useful, has always been a good member for this team. Won't change for Chansey, ever!
I'm getting tired but... THERE'S THE OTHER HALF OF THE TEAM D:
..let's proceed with my Mega of choice!
Yersinia Pestis, the Venusaur-Mega:
Yersinia Pestis (Venusaur-Mega) (F) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Def / 196 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Synthesis: This is just her only other way to heal. It's fundamental, but it has low PPs and is influenced by the weather, though. I don't have much to say about it.
Sludge Bomb: Her main stab. It's pretty good, dealing enough damage to every non-Steel switch-in and poisoning them 30% of the times. In conjuction with Leech Seed, it helps wearing down opposing 'mons. Unfortunately I can't keep spamming this move during long matches, but it works magic against the goddamn fairies, and that makes Yersinia the perfect counter to Azumarill, Florges, Sylveon and even Clefable (who is pretty ALWAYS 2HKOed, Sludge Bomb deals about 70%). If some Steel type wants to switch into my Sludge Bomb, there is...
Hidden Power Fire: Scizor? Ferrothorn? EAT THIS! It's an unexpected move on Venusaur, so I can always 2HKO them (which otherwise would use Venu as setup bait/hazards bait). It also helps against any enemy weak to fire. It's mainly here as a surprise factor, and it helped me a lot!
Fundamental member of the team, has been there since its creation.
Close Combat: pretty obvious STAB, it's here only to deal damage to his switch-ins and to threaten and possibly kill T-Tars and Bisharps. It hasn't other uses.
Rapid Spin: They see me spinnin', they hatin'. HA HA HA HAZARDS SETTERS!
Toxic: You cannot even imagine how much does it help. Just send him in against a Pokèmon who fears him, and then Toxic the switch-in. It's great because I can wear down Rotom-W and Keldeo much more faster than before, and Mandibuzz hates it. If he's dying, he can try to Toxic the opponent to ease his teammates' work.
He's here just because I needed a good spinner which resisted T-Tars and other dangerous 'mons. I can always swap him for a better Pokèmon.
Finally, after two days of writing, my last team member (and newest addition to the team):
Very good member, he's the newest addition but for now he works well.
OMG I HAVE FINISHED IT HELL YES!
For the ones who had the patience to read everything: I hope you have enjoyed my team, it's the result of a lot of work and tests and I like using it. Feel free to try it and, if you achieves great results in the ladder or win wonderful matches, tell me! I'll be glad if someone can enjoy my team too!
Will update soon!

OMG this monster. He can easily slaughter my whole team D:
The only way to beat it is to play a bit around to weaken it and then finishing him off with a good ESpeed.
I NEED A GOOD WAY TO KEEP HIM UNDER CONTROL.
I hate him. Really. He can knock off my Lefties and seriously threaten most of my Pokémons thanks to his coverage. To beat it, weaken first (a full health Blissey should be able to do it) and then kill with ESpeed.
You can also try to stall out his FBlast's PPs and the use Blissey with no fears.
SEND HIM TO UBERS!
Really, with Teravolt nothing in my team resists it. Weaken him with Hitmontop and hit hard with Entei.
This motherfucker. Since it's almost always Specs, play around him and scout with Heatran (Keldeo WANTS to switch into Heatran), and then switch to the appropriate 'mon.
FOR NON SPECS VARIANTS: Slowbro is your man.
FOR HP GRASS/ELECTRIC/ANYHING THAT HURTS SLOWBRO: Venusaur is the way!
Not difficult to take down, but remember:

I hope you have appreciated my RMT.

Well, here's a little preview of my team:

Ok, I bet you got pissed off just by looking at them :3
Ok then, let's start!
THE TEAM:
Plague & Co.
Plague & Co.

Seizure, the Heatran:
Seizure (Heatran) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 244 HP / 12 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Lava Plume
- Protect
- Roar
Role
I'm starting with Heatran because most times he's my lead. He serves me quite well, being able to set up his Stealth Rocks multiple times and scouting Trick/Choice users. As you can see from his set, he's also one of my special walls being part of the VenuTran core.Moveset
Stealth Rocks: it usually needs no explanation at all; it's meant to rack up some extra chip damage when opponent switches, and it's useful to stop the birdspam and forcing people to defog/spin. It helps with Fire types and Flying types, mainly, but it also helps with other weakened mons and to recognise Clefable's set.Lava Plume: pretty obvious STAB, it helps a lot Heatran in his job; I've chosen it over Magma Storm for three reasons: 1) burning is better than trapping 2) more accuracy and 3) more PPs.
EVs
His spread is quite obvious. 244 HP and 252 SpDef are here to help him tanking special hits (he's the perfect Lati@s switch-in) and for Lefties max recovey. 12 EVs in SpAtk because hey, Lava Spam! 0 IVs in Atk to reduce Foul Play damage. He really helps a lot this team, even though I'm considering to make it a bit more phisically defensive to tank Talonflame.Important member of the team, one of its bases.

Fever, the Slowbro:
Fever (Slowbro) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 212 HP / 44 SDef

IVs: 0 Atk

Fever (Slowbro) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 212 HP / 44 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Fire Blast
- Foul Play
- Slack Off
Role
He's an OMG so good physical wall, taking everything and recovering with ease. I've chosen him mainly for three reasons: firstly, he has a great typing, resisting Steel, Fire, Water, Ice, Fight, ecc. along with great defenses, and he helps Heatran a lot in tanking hits (he walls Keldeo pretty well); in addition, he has Regenerator: this awesome ability let it recover health just by switching, making Knock Off a smaller problem; finally, it has a great movepool, allowing it to screw up LOTS of Pokémons. He's physical wall and pivot, as well as a setup-shitupper (for most physical threats). Thanks to his ability, he doesn't fear Knock Off too much.Moveset
Scald: what's a Slowbro without Scald? STAB and 30% burn chance help a lot. It has a bit less power than Hydro Pump or Surf, but the burn chance can mean the possibility entire matches. Generally, it serves the same role as Lava Plume for Heatran. It can also help against Keldeo, wearing him down through burn damage (only few variants can effectively hurt Slowbro).Fire Blast: What?
EDIT: it helps against enemy Aegislash, one point to
Slack Off: nothing to say here, just reliable recovery (besides Regenerator and Leftovers) and something to help stalling statused Pokèmons.
EVs
I made his spread without many calcs, I just wanted a bulky mon capable to resist hits from physical hitters and Keldeo (I hate that b*tch). 212 HP and 252 Def are for Lefties magic number and to maximize his tanking capacity. 44 EVs in SpDef because I want to be able to survive some special hits - Keldeo >:( - to laugh in my opponent's face as they Volt Switch and have to take a Scald with the next mon, also because they don't expect me to keep Fever in. I'm considering to put them in SpAtk to deal more damage, waiting for advice.Very useful and almost fundamental,

Necrosis, the Blissey:
N.B.: I won't spend too many words here, Blissey is already well known!
Necrosis (Blissey) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 212 HP / 44 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
Role
Moveset
Wish: this move can be used to heal her teammates or to heal herself when she has low Soft-Boiled PPs. Every wish grants 352 more HPs, nothing to laugh at! It can screw up a whole team by fully healing a troublesome wall such as Heatran or Venusaur, or heal Necrosis while she happily spam Seismic Toss.Heal Bell: Two words: NO STATUS.
EVs
That's like the common spread, with 252+ Def to let her take physical hits too (beware of super effective ones), 212 HP because she needs big Wishes as well as Lefties magic number (I already know that I'm a maniac) and the remaining EVs go in 44 SpDef to enhance her already good special defense.Very useful, has always been a good member for this team. Won't change for Chansey, ever!
I'm getting tired but... THERE'S THE OTHER HALF OF THE TEAM D:
..let's proceed with my Mega of choice!

Yersinia Pestis, the Venusaur-Mega:
Yersinia Pestis (Venusaur-Mega) (F) @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Def / 196 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leech Seed
- Synthesis
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Role
MEGAAA! She's my mega of choice. It was pretty obvious, anyway: she's the perfect partner for Heatran in their stalling job. Her role is to be a mixed wall (I will explain more in the EVs section) while acting as a pseudo-cleric (with Leech Seed) and statuser (thanks to Sludge Bomb). She can also KO some mons bye herself, helping a lot the team, especially with fairies. The only think I don't really like about her is her low amount of PPs, but she serves me really well and can win whole matches alone.Moveset
Leech Seed: It's underrated, but I think it works well on a StallSaur: leeching will prevent wasting precious Synthesis PPs, while dealing chip damage to the opponent. It can also force critical switches and can heal my other Pokémons as well. Also, Grass types like to switch into this move, but they get slaughtered by Sludge Bomb/HP Fire (ha ha Ferrothorn :D) instead.Synthesis: This is just her only other way to heal.
EVs
This spread was designed to make her a good mixed wall. 60+ Def is enough to take most physical hit and it provides, along with 196 SpDef, balanced defenses (326 and 325, respectively). 252 HP, as obvious, because she needs to be as much bulky as possible. Then, 0 Atk IVs, as usual, to keep her safe from Foul spammers.Fundamental member of the team, has been there since its creation.

Buboe, the Hitmontop:
Buboe (Hitmontop) @ Leftovers

Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Close Combat
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic
Role
Here it comes, one of the oddest choices for a stall team: Hitmontop. I admit it, I've seen it on the Sanctuary! RMT and I fell in love with it! It's great at spinning, I don't have to fear Bisharps anymore, and it can also act as a secondary physical wall. His bulk isn't the best, indeed he has only 50 HP, but he features good Defense and Special Defens with an awesome ability: Intimidate! I usually send him in T-Tars and shit like this, so he can threaten them and spin. And remember, only Banded T-Flames can reliably 2HKO him.Moveset
Sucker Punch: I usually use this move either when he's near death and I don't need him any more or when the opponent's 'mon is dying and I can kill it (works magic against Psychic types to weaken them). It's also my only form of priority besides ESpeed on Entei. I'm actually testing it over Bullet Punch (which took care of weakened Fairies).Close Combat: pretty obvious STAB, it's here only to deal damage to his switch-ins and to threaten and possibly kill T-Tars and Bisharps. It hasn't other uses.
Rapid Spin: They see me spinnin', they hatin'. HA HA HA HAZARDS SETTERS!

It's great because I can wear down Rotom-W and Keldeo much more faster than before, and Mandibuzz hates it. If he's dying, he can try to Toxic the opponent to ease his teammates' work.
EVs
I shouldn't even explain his spread. He's here to wall physical threats, so 252 HP and 252 Def, along with Impish nature, to maximise his lackluster bulk. 4 SpDef because yes. He's here just because I needed a good spinner which resisted T-Tars and other dangerous 'mons. I can always swap him for a better Pokèmon.
Finally, after two days of writing, my last team member (and newest addition to the team):

Infection, the Entei:
Infection (Entei) @ Choice Band

Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Sacred Fire
- Iron Head
- Extreme Speed
Role
When stall fails, Entei wins the match for me. Infection, my Entei, is here to put offensive pressure and slaughter anything. His main role, then, is to come in thanks to a free switch or a predicted switch, and then spam his powerful banded attacks to destroy anything. More than once he saved the match, with a good priority able to take about 50% health from non-bulky enemy threats. To sum up, his role is to deal as much damage as possible to the enemy and to revenge kill weakened mons, acting as my main WIN CONDITION if I lost two or more of my core Pokémons.
Moveset
Stone Edge: Coverage move. I don't really like it because of it's low precision, but it comes to be really useful against Heatrans (dealing about 48% damage) and Volcaronas (since Entei resists all of their moves). Sometimes I get some nice crits and unexpected KOs which can mean a whole match.
Sacred Fire: His main STAB move. If he comes in a favorable matchup (weak/slower Pokèmon) he can start spamming it with his 100 BP and the 50% burn chance. It helps a lot in the sweeping process and can seriously dent the opposing Pokémon's health.
Iron Head: Coverage move. Helps against specially defensive Fairies and weakened Rock types. It is quite unexpected, though, so I can get some important KOs thanks to the surprise factor... When you crit on Clefable it's just too satisfying :D
Extreme Speed: Incredibly useful move. It can finish ALMOST ANY offensive 'mon at 45% or below (unless it resists the move), so I can use it against Thundurus, Keldeo and Talonflame with no fear. Sometimes I can get important kills with his high priority, and when I need to revenge kill there's no best revenge killer. Infection really saves my ass with ESpeed.

Common Physical Banded sweeper: 252 Atk with Adamant nature to deal as much damage as possible. 252 Spe because I want to be able to outspeed slower threats (otherwise I could only use ESpeed) and 4 HP because why not.Very good member, he's the newest addition but for now he works well.
