plasma fists pure hackmons

in pure hackmons plasma fists is banned, why is this and when did it happen? i found posts from a while ago talking about it not being banned.

also i really hope this is the right place to ask this, if its not then im sorry.

You are correct, this isn't the right place to ask this post. National Dex OMs does not support Pure Hackmons, and you're better off asking this question in the PH Pokemon Showdown room. If I had to guess it's because the move is not coded in the Gen 9 games.
