Sorry if my post is too short I don't have a lot of time.

Your analysis has five Pokemon...

Starmie needs to be Timid with max Spe and SpA. It's frail as it is, so investing in its bulk wont get you very far. 115 base speed allows it to naturally outspeed every OU dragon and hit them with an Ice Beam.

Mamoswine has a sash; it doesn't need max HP if it is guaranteed to live one hit. Its speed is still usable and should be maxed with an Adamant nature. Thick Fat is also a much better ability.

With those two, you're pretty well covered against Dragon-types, meaning you don't need HP Ice on Chandelure. HP Fighting not only lets you hit Tyranitar and Hydreigon, but also lets you hit Chansey/Blissey better (not that it really matters, but still) as well as Heatran and Trace Porygon2, whom are hard counters to any Chandelure set. Trick is also a decent option to cripple a switch-in.

Go back and reread your post as there are some mistakes. Elaborate more and add another Pokemon; you double-posted Mamoswine's set so I think that's where you might have lost your 6th member.

I did my post too fast sorry, so I didn't see the starmie/ mamoswine and I forgot breloom. Trick is a good option against chansey, good point.
