Hey guys! I just got into Pokemon Online and it is a ton of fun! So I always wanted to make a weather based team and I thought Sandstorm was the best weather status to do that. So I put together a little UU team, but I am missing a member and I'd really like to get your expert opinions on what pokemon I should choose. Also if you could suggest any improvements on my team I'd be ever grateful! I'm really excited because this is basically my first team!
1. Hippowdon- Sand Stream -Impish @ BrightPowder
EV 252HP/252 SpD/ 4 Spe. Stats HP-420/Atk-260/Def-299/SpA-154/SpD-243/Spe-131

-Slack Off
So basically with this I wanted to set up Stealth Rock and then Roar through the teams. Ideally that will wear the team down a bit, and occasionally I'd use an Earthquake to further wear down the team. And to help Hippowdon to stay in, he has Slack Off.
2. Nidoking-Poison Point- Adamant @ Expert Belt
EV 252 Atck/4 HP/ 252 Spe. Stats: HP-304/Atk-311/Def-190/SpA-185/SpD-186/Spe-269

Nidoking is my all out physical attacker (sorry still getting used to terms). I think this move set covers almost all of his weaknesses, Psychic, Water, Grass. And I was debating between Superpower and Outrage but picked Superpower, was that a good idea?

Flygon is a revenge killer, with the choice scarf she can hit hard and fast, then use U-Turn to retreat to a waiting Pokemon. I was debating whether to change anything, I want a Flying move, because she's my only flying Pokemon.
4. Bronzong-Levitate-Relaxed@Leftovers
EV 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 SpD. Stats: HP-338/Atk-214/Def-364/SpA-194/SpD-269/Spe-91

-Rock Slide
I am iffy about this moveset. But the basic idea is that he'd take down as much as he could. And then when he is nearly fainted, BAM use Explosion and hopefully bring down another Pokemon with him, or at least seriously cripple it. The Rock Slide is to protect from Fire Pokemon, his main weakness. Should I try and use a Psychic move, for STAB?
5. Empoleon- Torrent- Modest@ Life Orb
EV 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP. Stats: HP-310/Atk-187/Df-212/SpA-353/SpD-238/ Spe 219

-Ice Beam
-Hydro Pump
-Grass Knot
The idea with this is to boost his Speed up a lot and then he can take out whatever is left of the other team. He covers most types, except Electric... I love Empoleon, so if you are making suggestions to change Pokemon, please let him stay!

This is what I need your help with. Seeing my team, who do you think would best fit? Keep in mind the Sandstorm team. Also I have 3 Pokemon weak to Ice, and 2 to Ground, so if possible they weren't weak to those types that'd be great! And if you guys could tel me how to improve my team I'd be really happy!
