SV LC Please help! My LC team sucks!

fat boy (Munchlax) @ Leftovers
Ability: Gluttony
Level: 5
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 236 HP / 196 Def / 76 Spe
Sassy Nature
- Body Slam
- Rest
- Counter
- Protect

I have Munchlax for a tank. With a high HP stat and good typing, it makes a great tank, especially paired with Leftovers, to fill it up. Also making good use of its high HP is Counter, just in case it finds itself being the last team member.

speedasaurus (Cranidos) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sheer Force
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Rock
EVs: 60 HP / 236 Atk / 212 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Double-Edge
- Head Smash
- Earthquake
- Hammer Arm

I took Cranidos as a fast sweeper. With a Choice Scarf and plenty of moves to make use of Sheer Force, I tried to make something that could fill in if Mankey was defeated.

M O N K E (Mankey) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Anger Point
Level: 5
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 116 HP / 196 Atk / 196 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Body Slam
- Brick Break
- U-turn
- Drain Punch

I used Mankey as a scout. I send him out first, and punishing foes that use contact moves. Using a variety of coverage moves it can deal with plenty of different pokemon. U-turn has the added bonus of switching him out in bad situations, and Drain Punch is a good recovery move against pokemon that are weak to it.

jelly boi (Solosis) @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
Level: 5
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 136 Def / 236 SpA / 136 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Expanding Force
- Psychic Terrain
- Psyshock

I used Solosis as a special sweeper. Thanks to its high defenses, it's not going down easily except against Dark-types, to which I have Mankey. I chose to give it a Life Orb because of its ability Magic Guard, which makes it even better because it doesn't take damage from field hazards.

boingy boingy (Azurill) @ Flame Orb
Ability: Huge Power
Level: 5
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Belly Drum
- Body Slam
- Aqua Jet
- Facade

I have Azurill as a secondary sweeper. Using Huge Power, Flame Orb, and Facade to great effect as they all synergize together to create a very large amount of damage done to anyone who might be on the receiving end. For the unlucky Ghost-type, then I use Aqua Jet to take care of them.

flame doggo (Houndour) (F) @ Charcoal
Ability: Flash Fire
Level: 5
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 76 HP / 196 SpA / 236 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Nasty Plot
- Overheat

I use Houndoor as another special sweeper because I don't have that many, and as a fire type, because fire is a good type, but with tera dark in case things go south with a water or ground type.

But despite all this, I do not have many wins. Could someone please help?

I am not super well versed in Gen9 Little Cup, but I can offer you some helpful pointers.

Munchlax wants Thick Fat over Gluttony (it doesn't have an item that works with Gluttony). It also wants Eviolite over Leftovers: the increased bulk is a lot more valuable than the passive recovery in Little Cup. This also means it can drop Protect for another move, likely Crunch or Earthquake to hit Pokemon that resist Body Slam. It can also run a more useful Tera type, Poison for a Fighting resistance?

Cranidos wants Mold Breaker for an ability: it's not running any moves boosted by Sheer Force. Eviolite as an item with Trailblaze and Stone Edge over Hammer Arm and Head Smash is probably better than the current set.

Defensive Mankey with Helmet (which is not worth it in Little Cup, as it does so little and you receive greater benefit from the Eviolite defense boost. This also applies to Band/Specs vs Life Orb where Life Orb is better and Leftovers vs Eviolite where Eviolite is better) seems bad. It should probably be an offensive set. I don't know if Mankey has any viability, and if it doesn't what does it's job, but Choice Scarf with Close Combat/Earthquake/U-turn/Ice Punch (for Foongus) is probably the best set. However, Mienfoo almost assuredly does the defensive and offensive variant better.

Solosis doesn't have the defenses (especially without Eviolite) for what you are trying to do. CM + Psyshock is fine, the other two moves should probably be coverage.

Azurill shouldn't be burning itself to weaken Aqua Jet and Body Slam, especially after a Belly Drum. Better item is probably Oran Berry to heal up after Belly Drum.

Houndour looks fine for what it is, but Heavy-Duty Boots may be advised to dodge Stealth Rock damage. If you want to keep the Fire typed special attacker but on a more viable Pokemon, Torchic with Speed Boost and Life Orb is probably the more analogous option.

Here are my recommendations:

fat boy (Munchlax) @ Eviolite
Ability: Thick Fat
Level: 5
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 76 HP / 196 Def / 236 SpD
Impish Nature
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Leftovers are good but the healing is not as useful as the extra bulk with eviolite. Thick Fat allows it to take fire and ice type moves easier whereas gluttony doesn't provide any benefit without a berry. This also pairs really well with tera dragon and dragon is just a good defensive typing. The recommended EV spread and nature allows it to take way more hits while setting up curses. The speed investment in your original spread also contradicts the more consistent curse RestTalk sets.

speedasaurus (Cranidos) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 236 Atk / 36 Def / 212 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Zen Headbutt
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Trailblaze

Life Orb is better than Choice Scarf because with its base 58 speed scarf won't provide as much of a benefit as the damage boost with life orb. Life orb also pairs really well with sheer force negating the recoil. However I think that Mold Breaker is better as it allows you to negate the abilities of certain threats. Tera ghost makes you immune to the fighting type attacks that Cranidos is weak to. The spread and nature allows it to go all out on offense and take full advantage of life orb boosted attacks. Zen headbutt gives a super effective move to use against fighting types while stone edge is simply a more consistent choice than head bash as you don't have to worry about middlying accuracy and the large amount of recoil while also having a high chance to crit. Trailblaze is just a really good move that hits the water and ground types that cranidos is weak to for super effective damage. It also gives cranidos a boost in speed allowing it to outspeed many pokemon on the second turn.

M O N K E (Mankey) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Defiant
Level: 5
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 36 HP / 196 Atk / 76 Def / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Close Combat
- U-Turn
- Ice Punch

Mankey is a really nice pick and with really good utility. Choice Scarf allows it to be one of the fastest pokemon in the meta with its base 70 speed. Defiant gives it a jump on Intimidate pokemon and pokemon with stat dropping moves and lets it tear through teams. The EV spread and nature puts it on full offense with its powerful moves and enough bulk to survive certain attacks. Earthquake is a consistent coverage option and close combat will be your best fighting type move. U-Turn allows for good pivoting and ice punch gives coverage against flying types.

jelly boi (Solosis) @ Eviolite
Ability: Regenerator
Level: 5
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 36 Def / 236 SpA / 196 SpD / 36 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Energy Ball
- Recover
- Shadow Ball

Solosis is really bulky and an amazing psychic type in a meta controlled by fighting types. Eviolite gives it the necessary bulk to stick around and dish out big damage and pairs well with regenerator which gives it extra health and better board positioning. The EVs allow it to deal big damage and take hits while the speed investment allows it to outspeed certain slower pokemon. Psychic is your best STAB option and energy ball is a great coverage option. Recover gives Solosis the necessary healing to stick around for longer and Shadow Ball is great for the ghost types that Solosis is threatened by.

boingy boingy (Azurill) @ Oran Berry
Ability: Huge Power
Level: 5
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 36 HP / 196 Atk / 116 Def / 36 SpD / 116 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Belly Drum
- Waterfall
- Body Slam

Oran Berry pairs well with Belly Drum restoring its health when it get below half. Flame Orb is not good since it halves your attack which is counterintuitive and ruins your belly drum strategy. Tera Water gives a boost to aqua jet and waterfall and also gives it resistance to steel. The EV spread allows it to be a bulky setup sweeper and outspeed certain key threats. Waterfall is your most consistent water type move that is boosted by your tera type. It also is able to pick up key threats that aqua jet cannot.

flame doggo (Houndour) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
Level: 5
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 36 Atk / 36 Def / 196 SpA / 236 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Sucker Punch
- Flame Charge

Life Orb is more consistent than charcoal giving you a boost to all of your moves not just fire. The EVs and Nature allow Houndour to be a good mixed attacker that can hit hard with special attacks and outspeed or prioritize with physical moves. Sucker Punch allows you to pick off weak pokemon and flame charge allows you to outspeed threats that you wouldn't be able to outspeed normally.

I hope that this information will be used to its full extent and I'm glad that I helped.
