Im not sure about protect, but the main reason i have swampert is to set up rocks than i switch him out and just use him to take hits

He is a pretty basic set but i love him because with good prediction i can take out swamperts and other common heatran switch ins so i like him alot. Also he is a great revenge killer.

I used to use a specially attacking zapados but i changed to a defensive zapados but i think i want to change it to a specially attacking zapados but i still like him a lot right now.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

Also: You can insert pictures by using the insert image button, which looks like a mountain. The icon is located next to the insert hyperlink and quote buttons. Once you click on insert picture, a box will pop up prompting you to input the URL of your image. Once you have done that, press OK, and your image should show up.
