Hello, I'm new to the whole competitive Game play of Pokemon. I just found out about the importance of breeding, IV, Ev training etc. If any of you could give me a few tips, and help me improve my team that would be nice.

Note : Can Absorb fire attacks for metagross. Reminds me of a Bijuu<- somethign from a show I used to watch.
