Please, please help with my DSTT.

I recently recieved my dstt in the post. I un-packaged it, and these where the contents:
  • The white DSTT card
  • Micro SD Card (1gb) with a SanDisk converter.
  • An Orange USB Stick
I download a game from mininova.com (pokemon pearl) via BitTorrent. Then I right-click the game, and press Open. I click copy on said file, and paste it into 'Removeable Disk :F'. Then I take the SD card out of the Computer (and the USB Stick). I place it into the back of my DSTT card. Then I place the card into the DS, but it comes up with 'Menu?' and a red SD Card shaped face. What am I doing wrong?
