Gen 7 Please rate an Ubers FEAR team

Could this work?

Cloyster @ Focus Sash
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Toxic Spikes - Hazard.
- Icicle Spear - Damaging move.
- Shell Smash - Set-up move.
- Rapid Spin - The nuance behind this move will vary on a game-by-game basis. It should only really be clicked if they set up spikes, although you should still consider rapid spinning against stealth rock if you want to bring Probopass back into the game later.

Cloyster is your typical lead, with toxic spikes providing a huge boost to the rest of the team's performance. Note that having stealth rocks up on our side is ok, as it means the opponent is less likely to want to defog away our toxic spikes.

Probopass @ Berry Juice
Ability: Sturdy
Level: 2
- Stealth Rock - Hazard.
- Pain Split - Combined with the poisoning from toxic spikes, pain split should only take a few turns to kill an enemy pokemon.
- Volt Switch - Brings any other pokemon in safely thanks to Probopass's abysmal speed stat.
- Endure - In an ideal world, endure will allow probopass to survive stealth rock damage and activate its berry juice.

Quite a nice pivot, although it can only really be brought in mid-turn if stealth rocks aren't up. Not much else to say other than good synergy with trick room, again with the aforementioned caveat of stealth rock.

Togedemaru @ Shell Bell
Ability: Sturdy
Level: 1
- Endeavor - Brings the enemy pokemon down to what is essentially 1hp.
- Fake Out - Recovers stealth rock damage.
- Spiky Shield - Stalls for poison damage and synergises well with endeavor (it will kill any pokemon that use a contact move).
- Nuzzle - If spiky shield doesn't work and you want to stay in, nuzzle might be able to do the job. 100% chance for paralysis allows it to status any pokemon immune to poison damage as well.

Potential to sweep when combined with toxic spikes and sandstorm residual damage.

Zygarde @ Groundium Z
Ability: Power Construct
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
IVs: 30 HP
- Thousand Arrows - Damaging move.
- Dragon Dance - Set-up move.
- Substitute - Stalls for poison damage and synergises well with Zygarde's ability power construct.
- Dragon Tail - Counters other phazers and has the potential to spread toxic spikes damage.

Another sweeper, has some synergy with toxic spikes thanks to substitute.

Tyranitar @ Lum Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 76 Atk / 148 Def / 36 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Pursuit - Removes ghost pokemon like Mega Gengar who are immune to endeavor.
- Rock Tomb - Damaging move, the additional speed drop makes it more likely for the enemy pokemon to switch; thus granting us momentum.
- Foul Play - Damaging move.
- Thunder Wave - Status.

Mainly here to set up sand for Togedemaru, is also a fairly reliable counter for ghost pokemon.

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Swords Dance - Set-up move.
- Trick Room - Synergy with the whole team, all of whom are fairly slow.
- Sunsteel Strike - Damaging move.
- Earthquake - Damaging move.

Weakness Policy is used thanks to Togedemaru and Probopass allowing us to fairly reliably predict what move the opponent is going to click.
