Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

Swampert (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 58 Atk / 144 Def / 56 SAtk
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Giga Drain

Questions:
Is Jirachi a good start pokemon? I'm not totally positive on this but sinse Gardy was working okayish, a bigger version should be solid.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 116 HP / 70 Def / 148 Spd / 136 SAtk / 40 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Wish
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- Calm Mind

Not the EVs I'd use but it looks fine.

Tyranitar (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 82 HP / 132 Atk / 56 Def / 172 Spd / 68 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rock Slide

This really wants max attack.

Swampert (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 58 Atk / 96 Def / 56 SAtk / 48 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump
- Rest

Brick break and EQ are doing the same amount of damage to Tyranitar. Use ice beam over it. Add a lot more Def also.

Gengar (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Giga Drain
- Ice Punch
- Psychic (Die Heracross...)
- Thunderbolt

Eh? ok. Detiny bond over one of those would round this set out really well. (I'm thinking over psychic but if you really want to keep that then use it over t-bolt =/ ). You can't afford to lose giga drain with your swampert weak and ice punch is needed so you don't get walled by flygon/salamence/zapdos/dragonite/etc.

Regirock @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Rock]
- Rest
- Substitute

This doesn't need nearly this much Def. You can just leave it at impish and add more evs into attack and SpDef. I'm not sure what sub is doing here maybe you would like to try curse or counter over that?

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 196 HP / 252 Def / 56 SAtk / 6 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Ice Beam
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled

If you really want you can use HP: grass instead of seismic toss and then thunderbolt over ice beam. That help you cover swampert and other water types much more effectively. (I'm not sure if you'd like to drop aromatherapy for calm mind or not, but that's an option to go along with HP: grass and bolt).

I like Flamethrower if I'm using Hidden Power Grass. Thunderbolt hits most of the same things as Hidden Power Grass, whereas Flamethrower actually adds coverage in stuff like Metagross, Breloom, and Heracross on the switch, still hits Skarmory, Gengar, and the like. Just about the only Pokemon you really lose coverage on is Gyarados, but Regirock can take that on fairly well.

It's your choice pretty much.

Pros:
T-bolt: Hits skarm SE, hits water types much harder especially gyarados (lets you win 1 on 1 with starmie without needing a critical hit).
Flamethrower: Hits grass types SE, hits steels SE.

Take your pick.

If you do go with flamethrower make sure to use a lot of Special attack (take those evs from HP)

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 32 Spd / 16 SAtk / 96 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

I'd go for something like that, makes it a lot more defensive all around, and also a great Gengar counter, since I don't know why you're so based on 'die gengar gotta kill it god i hate it' when you have Jirachi. I wouldn't start with this beast though, Metagross and Swampert will scare it off on turn one.

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 44 HP / 252 Atk / 212 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

Would be great if it had Leftovers since it's HP is /16, but that's besides the point, however, I just boosted speed cause now you at least outspeed the rare Marowak, definitely outspeed Milotic, and have hope against Suicune if you need it.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 156 Def / 12 Spd / 88 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)

Either this or Tyranitar should be your starter. Sure I just said Meta/Swamp will scare off Jira, but at least Tar gives you SS on turn 1 and if they're leading with Zapdos, more power to you!

Regirock @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Atk / 16 Def / 36 Spd / 56 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

Takes good damage while still dishing out a high amount, plus you outspeed Swampert before Curse now.
