I have been using this team for some time now and it has been on and off. I would like suggestions from you to help me improve it and get up to tournament standards. I am using mostly if not all uu pokemon, but I use them against OU teams so I could switch some if needed. Thanks!
Stunfisk@leftovers
Static
129/hp 252/def 129/sp def
Thunderbolt
Surf/scald
Rest
Sleep talk
Stunfisk is my favorite so I decided to include him in my team. He is not Neccissarily my lead but I don't really have one. He has been getting at least one kill a match if not more and his hurp durp face laughing as he walls and dominates you amuses me. Thunderbolt is obvious STAB and I use a water move over earth power because landurus would royaly Crush me otherwise and water covers his frond weakness. At the moment I usE surf instead of scale not because of power, but when I had scald I always got parahax from static instead of burn so I might as well get some extra power.
Druddigon@rocky helmet
Rough skin
252/attack 129/def 129/sp def
Dragon claw
Earthquake
Revenge
Dragon tail/night slash
So instead of a sheer force druddigon, I used his manipulatable defenses to make him relatively bulky and get rough skin damage. Rough skin with rocky helmet is great free damage, making him a great revenge killer. Of course dragon claw won't be too much for other dragons because that are all much better besides kingdra who still might beat druddigon if they are special instead of dragon dance.
Yanmega@choice specs/big root
Tinted lens
4/hp 252/sp attack 252/speed
Bug buzz
Air slash
?/hypnosis
?/dream eater
I like tinted lens yanmega more than speed boost because he is a better last resort if they have say a steel type to wall you with. What I have now is the second set, with hypnosis dream eater and big root but I would like to use a choice banded set because with tinted lens I wouldn't have to switch out if walled unless double resisted. I would like some help with two hoer moves for the choice set if you could.
Hitmontop@life orb
Technician
252/attack 129/speed 129/def
Arial ace
Stone edge
Low sweep
Mach punch
Arial ace and stone edge are just coverage. I use low sweep because with technician it is still stronger than a brick break and I didn't want to use revenge because of negative priority and Mach punch might not always be powerful enough to finish someone off.
Rotom/rotom wash@choice scarf
Levitate
4/hp 252/sp attack 252/speed
Trick
Thunderbolt
Shadow ball
Will-o-wisp/hydro pump
Rotom w is undoubtedly better than rotom regular, but the next guy on my team may rely on rotom regular. So far rotom w has been working a lot better, trickig over the choice scarf and just attacking has been working fine. He thing I don't like though is that rotom w and stunfisk give the same type coverage of electric and water but it's been working fine anyway. On to the next one!
Dwebble@evoilite
Sturdy
252/hp 252/def 4/sp def
Stealth rock
Spikes
X-scissor
Rock slide
Sturdy guarantees a stealth rock, if possible I could set up spikes and that's all. So far it has got me about two layers of spikes and stealth rocks at the most. If I DID get all the layers up, I wouldn't want a rapid spinner wasting all that would I? So that's were ghost rotom would come in. He's not the best spin blocker, probobly one of the worst, but could still block it for a while. I might not want dwebble because of it's... Not usefulness. Sure entry hazards are great, but using a slot of my limited six for only those? And using him (actually it's a girl) would also make me use rotom instead of rotom wash. So I probobly will switch her for something more sweeper-y.

Not sure. I would really Some help here. Please note that I do all of my training and breeding and getting choice items from the battle subway IN GAME so nothing too drastic. I had to breed all of these pokes so far to get good IVs and had to ev train and it took some time. I can transfer pokes from my other games because I have two ds's so yea. Any help would be much appreciated especially for that last guy so thanks!!
