Okay so I like my team but it could definently use some adjustments. Please read through all of my descriptions and reply on how I can make my team better. Thank you!

Okay here is the team:

Lucario
Item: Lucarionite
Ability: Steadfast
Nature: Adamant
Ev's: 4 HP, 252 ATK, 252 SPE
Moves:
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Bullet Bunch
-Extreme Speed

Okay so this is m favorite pokemon on the team and in general. He is my lead and a good way to clear powerful opponents right from the get go.

Alakazam
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Timid
Ev's: 4 HP, 252 SPA, 252 SPE
Moves:
-Focus Blast
-Psychic
-Psyschock
-Shadow Ball

This is my pokemon that I will use to get rid of I entirely strong pokemon and then to be left for dead. He has a focus sash so he doesn't immediatly die and probably a sty on my team. He can inflict serious damage.

Garchomp
Item: Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
Nature: Jolly
Ev's: 4 HP, 252 ATK, 252 SPE
Moves:
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Outrage
-Fire Fang

In my opinion Garchomp is a TANK! He destroys everything in his path and is very viable. I chose rocky helmet and rough skin to troll with opponents but it's actually very good.

Gastrodon
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
Nature: Relaxed
Ev's: 252 HP, 252 DEF, 4 SPD
Moves:
-Ice Beam
-Recover
-Scald
-Earthquake

Gastrodon is one of my very defensive pokemon. He is nothing too special on my team but he is always there when you need him. Plus his ability is insane.

Cloyster
Item: King's Rock
Ability: Shell Armor
Nature: Jolly
Ev's: 4 HP, 252 ATK, 252 SPE
Moves:
-Razor Shell
-Icicle Spear
-Rock Blast
-Shell Smash

Right about here is where I start to have problems. I used to love having Cloyster on my team because of his potential but his potential and his battling are two different things. I can never have time to setup with him and shell smash and when I do I don't have time to effectively use it. I would love it if someone could give me a replacement pokemon because Cloyster just isn't working out.

Metagross
Item: Wide Lens
Ability: Clear Body
Nature: Adamant
Ev's: 252 HP, 96 ATK, 160 SPD
Moves:
-Bullet Punch
-Brick Break
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt

Last but not least Metagross. As well as Cloyster I am having a problem with Metagross except not that big as Cloyster's. Metagross just seems to disappoint me on the battlefield. I have tried multiple moveset's on him and he just isn't strong and defensive as someone like gastrodon. If you wouldn't mind I also would love a pokemon like Metagross but better.

Thank you all a lot and please comment soon. Bye!

First off, I think your team has a fighting problem. Lucario and Cloyster are weak to it, and while Alakazam resists, he can't take hits for the whole team. As you said, Metagross is disapointing. Truth is, he was bottom of the barrel in terms of OU last generation, and becoming weak to dark and ghost didn't help him this time around. I would suggest dropping him (or Cloyster, since you said he's not helping much either) for something intended for defense to take hits for the team. A bulky fairy type would probably be appreciated to cover the likes of bug, dragon, dark, fighting, etc. I would go for togekiss, as it also covers grass and has its weaknesses to electric, rock, poison, and steel covered by Gastrodon.

Hope that helps!

Thank you and I will go rate your team after this... what set would you reccomend for togekiss and should I put scizor in for Cloyster as well?

A bulky support togekiss is most likely what you want:
Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Spd / 56 Def
Bold Nature
- Dazzling Gleam
- Air Slash
- Thunder Wave
- Roost

The exact evs could (maybe should) be changed later depending on what you find yourself switching it in against. This here is just a general mixed defensive build with a bit of offensive and support ability. I'd hope thunderwave would help out Lucario and Garchomp in sweeping. As for what to put in Cloyster's place, I'd probably start making a list of which pokemon are the hardest for your team to stop from sweeping/to break through, and select something to fill that role. (That's usually how I go about it.)

My question is why Alakazam has two psychic moves. I use one with dazzling gleam, which adds some nice coverage against darks and dragons. Energy ball is a solid move as well for it. To balance out your team, I might recommend The following:
Tentacruel@ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid ooze(Personal preference)
252 HP/ 208 Def/ 48Spe
Calm Nature
Scald
Rapid Spin
Toxic Spikes
Sludge Bomb
This resists fighting nicely, solving your issue there, and can take out entry hazards, a nice addition to any team.
Cloyster: is amazing because of skill link, which yours lacks. That makes a highe difference.
Garchomp: Also amazing, but you might consider using a life orb or a choice band instead of the rocky helmet.
I hope some of this helped.

Okay, pretty good team, but I think it could be better. First off your team hates burns with a fiery passion. Second I feel like you haven't compensated for your weaknesses, and third you have no stealth rock support. Okay to fix the burn problem I think you should replace cloyster with a bulky chesto rest rotom. with this set

Rotom-W @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 124 HP / 252 SpA / 132 Spd
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Rest
- Will-o-Wisp

this fixes burn problem and contributes well with team synergy. It fixes the ground weakness and fire weakness.
As for lack of stealth rocks, I have two options here. First is replace brick brake with stealth rocks on metagross. and I would change his hold item to leftovers. However I have a second option, on garchomp, replace stone edge for stealth rocks. And replace metagross with sd aegislash with airballoon.

Aegislash @ Air Balloon
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword
- King's Shield
- Swords Dance

As for other small changes, I agree to replace psychic or psyshock with dazzling gleam. second I would replace extreme speed with crunch on lucario. The reason for this is that right now you have nothing to take on ghost types and crunch on lucario is a pretty good solution, the other reason why is that with adaptibility bullet punch is just as powerfull as extreme speed and as more pp and coverage making extreme speed really redundent. Well that is all I have to say about the team, good luck
Ps, you might want to make those discriptions longer. Like I would really suggest it. And also make the font color black, it just is better

Hello.
Your descriptions are too short to fit the RMT rules requirements.
I encourage you to PM me an updated version of this team with beefed up descriptions, and since you're new, to join the Mentor Program. I'll be unlocking this thread after that.

Have a nice day.
