I want you guys to take a look at each my Pokémon and rate them based on competitive viability rank them based on what tier they would be (OU, UU, RU, NU, or PU), and explain your reasoning why you would put them into that tier and explain to me how that Pokémon would be played.

Oh yes there are 3 starter Pokémon, and I would like you to choose your favorite one.
 
did you draw that bird? you can post it and 2 other artworks in the smeargle's studio forum. otherwise, uh, well there isn't really any forum for non-CAP fakemons sorry mate
