SS OU Please rate my SS OU team, featuring Slowking the absolute tank and Modest Specs Kyurem

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 160 HP / 212 Def / 136 Spe
Impish Nature
- Defog
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic
Landorus was my go-to for a reliable SR setter/Defogger. Enough Speed to outspeed fully invested Magearna, with 160/212 EVs in HP/Defense along with rocky helmet to serve a decent physical pivot. People usually expect Lando to be offensive or Scarf, so it has a decent surprise factor when stuff like Garchomp/Dragonite/Melmetal can't put a dent in it and get Toxic'd or EQ'd in return.

Cinderace @ Life Orb
Ability: Libero
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Pyro Ball
- High Jump Kick
- Gunk Shot
- Sucker Punch
Cinderace is just pure power and versatility. Wanted CB at first but went for LO to capitalize on the coverage and the broken ability that is Libero. With Adamant and LO, most mons that outspeed Cinderace are OHKO'd by Sucker Punch after rocks. Adamant LO HJK 2HKO's most mons that resist it, and OHKO's everything else.

Spectrier @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Grim Neigh
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Taunt
I haven't got any particularly fast mons on this team, so I knew I needed Scarf Spectrier. Modest means that it has a little bit of extra power, as Scarf at 359 speed already outspeeds most other scarfers. I wanted to make sure I could OHKO/2HKO to start snowballing. Unless the opponent has Blissey or Urshifu, Scarf is very hard to check with Modest +1.

Slowking-Galar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 176 SpA / 80 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Bomb
- Psychic
- Future Sight
- Flamethrower
The team's special tank. Most special moves that are not supereffective will only do about 10-30%, and the SpAtk investment allows Slowking to hit hard in return. Future Sight over Hydro Pump or Scald because Heatran can't really touch this thing unless it's specs eruption, and Slowking also beats Nidoking 1v1.

Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 220 Def / 36 SpA / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Draining Kiss
- Surf
A variation of the usual defensive set with no taunt or speed investment. I was finding Fini to be a little weak even after +2 in SpAtk, so I added a little investment there. Since it has amazing physical bulk, I put Ice Beam on there to deal with Rillaboom + for times when Draining Kiss wasn't doing enough to bulky 4x ice-weak dragons. Surf over Scald because of Terrain.

Kyurem @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Earth Power
- Freeze-Dry
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
Kyurem is here to deal with Rain teams. If I lead with it against stuff like Pelliper, it can get a solid hit off when they switch and usually score a kill against things like SpDef Swampert. Modest so that I can do as much damage as possible to stuff like Ferrothorn. Ice Beam with Modest Specs also 2HKO's Physically Defensive Clef.

Ok so I'm decently new to smogon but some flaws I see in my eyes(Idk if anybody else will see them or see them as flaws)

So on your Landorous Therian set, you should add u-turn instead of toxic to keep momentum.
Same on your Cinderace as well.

I'm not sure, but If you want additional momentum you can add teleport on slowking.

Also, Tapu Fini is a better defogger than Landorous. Landorous can serve as a pivot using scarf, but in your case, you can use this set

Moves:

Move 1
Move 2
Move 3
Move 4

Item
Ability
Nature
  • Impish
EVs
  • 252 HP
  • 112 Def
  • 144 Spe
lol this was from Smogon, so yeah.

I'm not sure how much this will help b/c I'm not very experienced, but thats what I see.

Hello there! Pretty cool team you've got there but I think I have some suggestions that might help you.

:landorus-therian:

Lets start with Landorus-T.
Your current set is not very viable, which is why I suggest using the set that I provided below, It acts as a pivot that your team lacked before. Having both Stealth Rock and Defog on the same set is sort of awkward. I also edited the EVs a bit to suit the meta more.
Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 144 Spe
Impish Nature
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Toxic

:cinderace:

I disagree with your Cinderace set. In my opinion not running Heavy-Duty Boots on it is a bad idea, Life Orb can work on Hyper Offense but your team is more of a Balance/Bulky Offense team which is why I suggest running Heavy-Duty Boots on it with U-turn over Sucker Punch since you can do without it right now. Jolly is also better on your team since you struggle with Kartana a bit.
Cinderace @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Libero
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Pyro Ball
- High Jump Kick
- Gunk Shot
- U-turn

:spectrier: + :tapu-fini:

Spectrier is very strong, but it's Choice Scarf set is not the best right now. Though since I changed your Tapu Fini to be a Scarf Trick set that can cripple Pokemon that check Spectrier such as Blissey or Mandibuzz. This makes it easier for Spectrier to set up which is why I changed your set to a Calm Mind set. Choice Scarf Tapu Fini also acts as a good speed check.

Spectrier @ Leftovers
Ability: Grim Neigh
EVs: 112 HP / 20 Def / 172 SpA / 20 SpD / 184 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Hex
- Calm Mind
- Will-O-Wisp

Tapu Fini @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Moonblast
- Scald
- Trick
- Knock Off

:kyurem: -> :mandibuzz:

Kyurem is very interesting currently, But I don't think it fits very well in your team. Not only that you also need a defogger and a ghost resistant pokemon in your team since you currently struggle with Spectrier. This is why Mandibuzz fits well on your team. I went with Knock Off over U-turn on this set because I feel like you have enough pivoting in your team already and you need Knock to reliably break Spectrier's substitute everytime.
Mandibuzz (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 60 Def / 144 SpD / 56 Spe
Impish Nature
- Knock Off
- Defog
- Roost
- Foul Play

Those are all the suggestions I have, If you have any questions I'd be happy to help! The link to the team can be found here.
Have fun!
