My team:

Infernape Evs:64 atk, 192 speed, 252 sp. atk
Item: Focus Sash
-taunt
-stealth rock
-flamethrower (better accuracy)
-close combat

I generally use him just as a suicide lead although i might switch him out if i succeed to ko the other lead. He is my only really threat against dark and grass types other than heracross. I notice that i have a weakness to dark type pokemon such as cacturne that knows sucker punch.

He also covers for my sucicune when grass types come out to take him on. Another one of the problems I see with my team is that when my infernape dies I lack a solid person to take out pokemon such as breloom with a toxic orb.

Possible Switch: Heatran to set up rocks and cover flying type weakness.

Rotom-H Evs: 86 hp, 86 def, 86 sp.d, 252 speed
Item: Leftovers
-thunder bolt
-will o wisp
-substitute
-pain split

First off, I maxed out his speed so he could out speed swords dance scizors. If a scizor sets up on me and my rotom is dead then he tears through my team with bullet punch. Another reason I use him is to be able to handle many of the common gyrados sweeps since I find that when a gyrados sets up on me it can generally tear through my whole team. Also, he is on my team for my dragon type weakness since I lack an ice type move to counter dragonites and flygons. He is also able to counter strong fighting types which my blissey is weak to.

Suicune Evs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp. D
Item: Leftovers
-Surf
-Calm Mind
-Rest
-Toxic

I use him as a staller for bulky water types such as a wish passing vaporeon. He also helps to cover for heatran who when my Blissey dies can take most of my team. I also use him to toxic sweepers so to prevent their sweeps. He is my only real counter to strong rock types such as rhyperior who being very bulky can take out my heracross.

Heracross Evs: 4 Hp, 252 Atk, 252 Speed
Item: Choice Scarf
-Night Slash
-Close Combat
-Megahorn
-Stone Edge

I generally use Heracross to counter psychic types which I have a weakness to. My gengar and infernape are both weak to psychic so I send out Heracross to deal with that. I also sometimes use him to take out flying types who I have trouble with for the lack of an ice or rock type move other than stone edge.

Gengar Evs: 4 Hp, 252 Speed, 252 Sp. A
Item: Life Orb
-Shadow Ball
-Psychic
-Explosion
-Focus Blast

He is for outspeeding threats to me such as rotom because my rotom does not know shadow ball. He is able to cover for a common problem for me which is a focus punching breloom. He also helps to deal with strong defensive types such as skarmory who my rotom also helps to cover for. One of my problems with him is that he cannot really do much against dark types. I have a weakness to dark type pokemon with two ghosts on my team. He counters the common dynamic punching machamp sent in on my blissey.

Blissey Evs: 252 hp, 252 def, 4 speed
Item: Leftovers
-Aromatherapy
-Seismic Toss
-Soft boiled
-Thunder Wave

I use her to counter the speedy water and ghost switch ins on my rotom and infernape. I am considering teaching her flamethrower so she can hit ghost types but I am not sure because it will take away her ability to damage water types. She generally can function as a crippler to speedy special sweepers that threaten my team.

Common threats: breloom, gengar, dragonite, flygon, gyrados (when rotom is fainted), gallade, cacturne, yanmega when speed is boosted.

2 dark weaknesses, 2 psychic weaknesses, 2 ghost weaknesses, 2 flying weaknesses,:doom::happybrain::happybrain:

Forgot to add my problems:

Don't have any ice or grass moves as well as only one electric move.
I don't have a priority move to take out weakened pokemon.

Hey pker.
Your team is decent, but unbalanced. You have one special wall, but not a physical one. That's my biggest problem, as Blissey functions best when she has a physical wall to help her out. Skarmory makes a great partner for Blissey, taking physical hits well and also setting up spikes to help rack up damage with all the switches SkarmBliss causes. It's not as good as it was in Gen III, but it's still among the best pairings in the game.

Suicune should be running Ice Beam over Toxic. That solves your flying problem, and Toxic doesn't really help you that much. The best way to kill sweepers is by attacking, not poison. By the time the opponent gets KOd, they will probably have killed most of your team. Chesto should be considered as well; with out Sleep Talk, you're a sitting duck for sweepers to set up on you when you're resting.

I like Heracross, but the way you're using him makes absolutely no sense. You say he's your counter to Psychic and flying types, but he himself is weak to those very types. That means you can't switch him in safely and can only hope for a revenge kill. However, even then most people know that 'Cross is scarfed and will just switch out. Metagross, however, can check both Flying and Psychic types well. He also can solve some of your other problems, from being able to stop sweeps with his massive bulk physical bulk and formidable power to revenge killing with his STAB Bullet Punch. He seems tailor-made for your team, and I highly recommend you use him.

Gengar should be running Thunderbolt over Psychic. Thunderbolt has more power and better coverage. It also gives you at least one Electric move.

On a different note, Flying and Psychic (especially Psychic) are both uncommon attacking types in OU. I would be much more concerned with your lack of resistances to Dragon-types and total inability to handle Bulky Waters. Metagross w/Ice Punch can help the Dragon problem, but you need to find an answer to Bulky Waters besides Toxic on 'Cune, who (as stated earlier) should REALLY be running Ice Beam instead.

EDIT: I kind of forgot about Rotom when I was talking about your bulky water problems, but I would find a secondary answer to them. From your analysis, it sounds like Rotom is your only answer to a ton of top-tier threats, so having a pokemon to take some burden off of him would be helpful.
