My Team:

Gardevoir
Delphox
Lillligant
Lapras
Togekiss
Jolteon

Gardevoir:
Used to knock out annoying fighting, dark, dragon and weak poison types. Shes my mega cause she had the SpD to switch into most special threats. Her SpA is high enough to sweep a gragon based team, with the very few out there anyway. Although, goodra is still a bit annoying to take out.
Item: Gardevoirite
Nature: Timid
Ability: Trace/Pixelate
EV Spread: 252 Spa 252 Spe 4 Def

Hyper Beam (WoW?)
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Focus Miss

Delphox:
Delphox is mainly here to knock out grass and poison types. Also, sunny day is needed for my lilligant. Mystical fire helps take care of special sweepers, plus its like a damaging confide. Solar beam is the only good attack for Delphox to damage water and ground types with, and psychic is a must. But honestly, i wish i had a fire type that could also take out steel types easier...
Item: Charcoal
Nature: Timid
Ability: Blaze
EV Spread: Same as gardevoir

Sunny Day
Mystical Fire
Psychic
Solar Beam

Lilligant:
Shes my Quiver Spammer! She would be much more productive if i had another useful reason to add another sunny day user, but ninetails really doesnt help as much as delphox IMO, plus Lilligant is pretty much set after one sunny day anyway.
Item: Big Root
Nature: Timid
Ability: Chlorophyll
EV Spread: Same as Gardevoir

Giga Drain
Sleep Powder
HP Fire
Quiver Spam

Lapras:
I should probably get an item for Lapras. I'm thinking an absorb bulb. I should also find a better water type too... I am using lapras to take out salamance, noivern, and dragonite when gardevoir can't. The water typing helps with powerful fire types that could otherwise destroy lilligant and block gardevoir and delphox. But sadly, lapras's stats are too lackluster to be useful... What should i replace him with?
No item
Nature: Modest
Ability: Water Absorb
EV Spread: 252 SpA 252 Spe 4 Spd

Surf
Thunder Bolt (Ice beam?)
Earthquake
Psychic

Togekiss:
Togekiss reclaims the king's crown of flinch kingdom! I needed another bulky fairy to cover for gardevoir that could halt attacks at the same time. being immune to ground AND dragon is always nice. And the resistance to fighting is a plus too. I am looking for at least one more flinch move on her, if there is one.
Item: King's Rock
Nature: Timid
Ability: Serene Grace
EV Spread: See Gardevoir

Air Slash
Extreme Speed
Dazzling Gleam (aura sphere?)
Extrasenssory

Jolteon:
I need a fast electric type to take out the annoying flyingn types and water types *GRENINJA!*. Yet sadly ground types are a thing and will give jolteon hell. The idea was to have quick KO's but its not working...
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Timid
Ability: volt absorb
EV Spread: 252 Spe 252 Atk 4 SpA

Volt Switch
Thunder Fang
Wild Charge
Dig

I know more than well that my team sucks, but i just don't know why. I would really appreciate as much feed back as possible. Also feel free to criticize :P

Ok first, Hyper Beam on Gardevoir? Second, whats with this team? It looks more like a UU team than anything. Also you need to adjust your RMT acording to http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/rules-read-before-making-an-rmt.3490983/. I would recomend fixing the pokemon on your team, then fit that last slot of yours.

Yeah Lol ok. Wonder how i missed that XD thanks.

i chose HB Gardevoir just to knock out bulky fighting dark and dragons in one blow, only problem, the recharge and accuracy.

You need to fix this post or it'll get locked, but still I'll give some advice.

Replace Hyper Beam on Gardevoir with Hyper Voice. Moves that take 2 turns should never be used in competitive battling (except maybe Trevenant's Phantom Force). You become set up bait while your pokemon recharges.

Delphox isn't bulky enough to set up sunny day and fire off a solar beam, especially considering that the pokemon your'e trying to do it on can probably easily beat delphox. I would give delphox a choice scarf and have it learn switcheroo, flamethrower, psyshock, and grass knot/ shadow ball. Delphox's 104 speed is certainly good, but its not great. Giving her a choice scarf will give your team a revenge killer (something it lacks) and if you use switcheroo at the right time you can cripple another teams wall. Of course, your team really needs physical attackers so it would probably be better to just replace her with a standard talonflame set you can find on smogon (PRIORITY BRAVEBIRD!)

On lapras replace thunderbolt with freeze dry. It's a nice ice stab move that has 20 less base power than ice beam, but the kicker is it's super effective against water types. Give her leftovers to hold and switch the 252 Speed EVs into HP. Lapras is already really slow, so it's better to just have extra bulk.

For your last team slot I would go with Conkeldurr. He is really good this gen and he helps you take down heatran, which only lapras can do. Give him an assault vest with 252 Atk 252 Hp. His moves should be Drain Punch, Ice Punch, Mach Punch, and Knock Off. While Iron Fist seems like the best ability for Conk, Guts is way better. It lets him to absorb status for your team and not let a burn cripple him.

I highly recommend you switch Delphox for Talonflame, as you need more physical attackers. Imo I would rather have 6 physical attackers than 6 special attackers this gen, as there are tons of great special walls like goodra, blissey/chansey, sylveon, and florges. Hell, even assault vest made life tougher for special attackers.

Good Luck!
