Looking for any suggestions and tips. Oh, and a way to counter a Tbolt, sub, fire punch amphy would be nice.

Celebi takes it on without an issue.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 42 HP / 222 Spd / 246 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Surf
- Thunderbolt

You most likely will want Rapid Spin over a non-Recover move, basically since a bog standard team can just force you to trip over spikes.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Spd / 60 SAtk / 78 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Heal Bell
- Leech Seed
- Psychic
- Recover

You don't need much speed for this set. Just 241-245 Speed total will do. You'll need a lot more Defense, so you can just push those Speed EVs there.

Breloom (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Effect Spore
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Spore
- Substitute

Milotic (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 212 HP / 137 Def / 17 Spd / 144 SAtk
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Mirror Coat
- Recover
- Surf

Bold Nature. Definitely Bold. After that, take off some SAtk and pump it into Def as well. You need to be able to take on Salamence, Swampert, and Aerodactyl effectively.

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Guts
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Earthquake
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

Focus Punch or Sleep Talk over Earthquake. Earthquake doesn't do anything that Hera's other moves won't solve.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 162 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash
- Rock Slide

First issue is that Raikou completely does this team in. It can simply block Celebi's Leech Seed with Substitute, and proceed to CM rape. The second issue is a slight inability to handle a boltbeam combination, specifically from Regice. You'll most likely want a special wall for that purpose, or at least a more defensive Metagross or Explosion Metagross (if Meta gets paralyzed, you can at least go kamikaze when things get rough). Another issue that can cause problems is how you fail to vary your type coverage. Generally, two grass types on the same team is a bad idea, in which one slot could be used for a more useful utility (such as the special wall mentioned earlier). Water types can generally have the same issue, but if you can vary it to include Swampert or Ludicolo, you usually have lesser worries about it. Starmie and Milotic right now are performing two completely different jobs, but they both act on the offensive in generally the same way. For that purpose, you could use Claydol over Starmie as a spinner. Regretfully, I cannot make that same connection between Milotic and an alternate Pokemon. :(

And finally, you can't handle CBHeracross. At all. Heracross vs Heracross is not a pretty match up, and should be avoided if possible. Try working with Skarmory, Salamence, Weezing, or Gyarados to counter it, as it should be countered at all times.

hmmmm, how about i give hera hp ghost over rockslide, and take out breloom for gyarados: hp flying, eq, dd, taunt? that takes care of opposing heras, and still allows for a quick kill of psychic pokes and gengar with my own hera. However, this changes my type mixup to 3 water, 1 grass, rather than 2 water 2 grass. I absolutely love milotic; mirror coat makes my life easier, and can take out boltbeam regice you mentioned.
To this end, I should prob take out starmie.. would you recommend another versatile s.attacker? Or perhaps post a good claydol set? I don't know any....
Thanks again.

You should worry a bit more about your defensive side. Heracross and Metagross are serious heavy hitters, and even with something like Skarm switching into them, it's pretty tough for it to take consecutive follow-ups from both. I'd say your offensive is pretty much covered from that.

Anything else you might need is utility, such as a Rapid Spinner and a phazer. Assuming the opponent has already lured out Breloom's spore onto a sleep talker, Curselax in particular will shred this team (Heracross doesn't like switching DIRECTLY into a Snorlax STABed Return/Body Slam) unless you can Roar it out. Skarmory is best suited for this purpose, but slapping a Choice Band onto Metagross can force an early switch as well.

Another thing you'll notice as you play along is that your team has no real nitch for gaining an advantage. Your Pokemon can simply be dealt with by the proper counters and be forced to trip along Spikes in the process. However, if you began to either use a setup (Calm Mind Celebi Baton Passing to Starmie or Swords Dance Celebi passing to Metagross/Heracross) or use a combination of Pokemon with mixed sets (Meteor Mash + Thunderpunch Metagross) you can force the opponent to make critical decisions and better control how the game plays. Just a few of many ways.

Don't replace Rock Slide on Hera; it needs it to hurt Zap/Gyara/Sala switch ins. Put HP Ghost over EQ instead.
If you're using Claydol, make it Relaxed and max its HP. Then either go with ~200 Atk stat and put the rest in Def, or put the Atk EVs into SpD. Something along the lines of EQ/RS/IB/Rest or Boom.
CM Sub Raikou still rapes you though. If you don't mind the slight loss of offense, Steelix over Metagross is great for countering Electrics, though it needs RS or DE to hurt Zap.
Also I wouldn't want to use Gyara on this team, since there isn't much that can take out its counters, mainly Skarm/Zap. Even Roar Gyaras won't be effective in dealing with Skarms because there's no Spikes to build up damage. I'd rather use Salamence or Weezing.
BoltBeam still hurts, though, so a good special wall helps, probably over Celebi or something.

Replaced starmie, breloom, milotic with:

Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 96 Def / 6 Spd / 96 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Fire Blast
- Haze
- Sludge Bomb
- Will-O-Wisp

Claydol @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Atk / 22 Def / 20 SAtk
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
- Rest

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 202 Def / 56 SAtk
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Thunderbolt
- Toxic

I also, replaced eq on hera with hp ghost as suggested. I suppose now this has more balance and defense? Who would I lead with now though? Once again, thanks very much for the help.

Both Regice and Metagross make decent leads. However, I suggest using Psych Up over Toxic on Regice or running Rest/Sleep Talk/Ice Beam/Seismic Toss. Psych Up mainly to counter CMers, and Sleep Talk just in case you might need a sleep absorber. Looks pretty solid. The only thing that will give you problems are Fire Types, particularly Houndoom.

Sorry for the bump, but I made some key changes. Please rate and make suggestions.

(starter)
Raikou @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 70 HP / 252 Spd / 188 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Atk / 96 Def / 6 Spd / 96 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Fire Blast
- Haze
- Sludge Bomb
- Will-O-Wisp

Umbreon (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 78 Def / 180 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Psych Up
- Mean Look
- Wish

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 194 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Guts
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 108 HP / 228 Atk / 174 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Taunt

Without Pain Split, DDMence can just whittle away at Weezing and sweep with DD Later. That's hindered by the fact that Umbreon is Wishpassing, but resorting to Umbreon at all times can be a double-edged sword. Gyarados is also an issue, but unlike DDMence, it doesn't usually Fire Blast, and therefore loses the ability to deal with Forretress quickly. Unlike Salamence, however, it can Taunt both Umbreon and Weezing, hindering their ability to keep the team from being swept.
