Hello, I have just comeback from a long pokemon break and i have just made a new team so i can start playing again. Any criticism is welcome =]

Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
Relaxed (252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def)
~ Stealth Rock
~ Earthquake
~ Ice Beam
~ Protect/Roar
Standard Swampert lead. Swampert is bulky enough to setup on must other leads and lays down stealth rocks early. Protects gives a little bit of recovery and scouts, but roar phazes.

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Volt Absorb
Jolly (4 Def/252 SA/252 Spd)
~ Wish/Heal Bell
~ Thunderbolt
~ Hidden Power Ice
~ Shadow Ball
Special sweeper. Jolteon doesn't need to power-up because of his incredible SA and Speed The first slot is for added durability and makes him more of a team player.

Arcanine @ Leftovers
Flash Fire
Adamant (120 Hp/152 Atk/236 Spd)
~ Morning Sun
~ Flare Blitz
~ ExtremeSpeed
~ Will-o-Wasp
A physical sweeper. Flare Blitz is SCARY. It does a ton of damage to anything that isn't resistant to fire. ExtremeSpeed makes quick work of frail sweepers (ie other jolteons or weaviles). Flash fire allows switches from fire attacks aimed at scizor W-o-W cripples physical sweepers and makes up for lack of intimidate.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Natural Cure
Timid (136 Hp/156 Def/216 Spd)
~ Rapid Spin
~ Surf
~ Thunderbolt
~ Recover
Rapid spinner =]

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Inner Focus
Adament (224 HP/84 Atk/200 Spd)
~ Dragon Dance
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake
~ Roost
This is where people may think I have lost it. Dragonite pulls off a bulky set really well and dragon dance works well in conjunction with roost and dragonite's defenses.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Technician
Adamant (248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spd)
~ U-turn
~ Bullet Punch
~ Superpower
~ Pursuit
An all around TANK. Although scizor has relatively low speed, he has stabbed priority moves to make up for this as well as superpower to deal with slow steel types.

Rule 3 said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

You need to improve on your descriptions. Have a look at some of the teams in the RMT archive to see what is expected. Try and stay away from 1-2 line descriptions, aim for at least 3 -4 lines. Explain why you chose a Pokemon, what it does, how does it contribute to the success of the team, etc. If you fix the descriptions properly, PM me the changes; if they are sufficient enough I will unlock your thread with the edited descriptions.
