XY OU Pls rate my OU XY team

acttr
I'm relatively new to competitive battling and I've been playing the Pokemon Showdown! battle simulator, so it would really help if someone rated my team. Here it is...

Cloyster@White Herb
Skill Link
-Icicle Spear
-Shell Smash
-Razor Shell
-Rapid Spin
He is a main sweeper for unprepared players. I have swept whole teams before, with a combination of Icicle Spear and Razor Shell for fire types. This set is fairly common, with Shell Smash boosting attack and speed and the White Herb restoring lowered defences, and finally Rapid Spin to stop SR. He is my lead, and a very good one at that.

Jirachi@Lum Berry
Serene Grace
-Thunderbolt
-Iron Head
-Water Pulse
-Psychic

He is my annoyer pokemon, with Iron head's 60% flinch chance(with serene grace) taking care of fairies, Thunderbolt for taking out Politoed and Skarmory, Water Pulse for Infernapes and Psychic for all fighting types. His Lum Berry is there because Jirachi needs to be alive for most of the match, and burns limit this.

Salamence@Persim Berry
Moxie
-Iron Tail
-Outrage
-Flamethrower
-Dragon Dance

He is a secondary sweeper, intended for use mid-game so his first target is weaker. Moxie makes it easier to sweep with Outrage as time goes on, and Flamethrower covers his 4x ice weakness. Iron tail takes care of fairies, which I usually force in by DDing. DD is so he is not outrun by most other pokemon, and makes the first target easier.

Jellicent@Icicle Plate
Cursed Body
-Ice beam
-Surf
-Will-o-Wisp
-Shadow Ball

He is the wall on my team, but with a few problems I hope someone could address. He is usually destroyed by Infernape, because I can't WoW him to half his attack, and Jellicent is a special wall. He has never been OHKOed, but he has taken bad blows. His cursed body means that enemies are cautious about using moves for fear of them being disabled. Ice beam is a counter for Salamence and other dragon types, Surf is my water STAB because I don't like Hydro Pump's inaccuracy. WoW is to disable physical sweepers, and Shadow Ball is another STAB.

Espeon@Life Orb
Magic Bounce
-Hidden Power Fire
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Morning Sun

Espeon is my switch-in to stealth rockers, to bounce it back, and Scizor, Ferrothorn, and Forretress. The latter 3 are KOed by HP fire. Morning Sun is for recovery from Life Orb damage, Shadow Ball takes down other psychic types and Psyshock is my main STAB. Espeon is useless against physical attackers though, so I have to be careful.

Manectric@Manectrite
Static
-Volt Switch
-Hidden Power Grass
-Electro Ball
-Thunder

My final pokemon is a pivot, who I switch in after one of my pokemon faints. After mega-evolving, he lowers the foe's attack with Intimidate, then Volt Switches. The other 3 moves are used when Volt Switching is useless eg. against Ground Types, I use HP grass. Electro Ball and Thunder are only ever used if Manectric is the last pokemon alive. (which he shouldn't be)

So that's my team. Please rate and suggest improvements!

Hey, just some thought i did right now is that Greninja is a real threat to your Team. None of your Members wants to switch in to Greninja. If Greninja Leads and its life orb'd it can even Dark Pulse your Cloyster which leads to a OHKO since u dont run a focus Sash.

So better would be for your Cloyster if you really want to use it (even tho i think its a bad pokemon atm for OU and it doesnt stand its ground) you should run it with a Focus Sash so you can set up 1 Shell Smash atleast against the Enemy lead. And hopefully survive it.

I think Ass vest Azumarill would help you alot in this Team. Since you can switch freely with your Manectric and give your Azumarill the Spotlight for hitting the enemy hard.

Plus if your Espeon is getting hit by a Dark Special Attack or even Physical hit, your Jellicent isnt really there to take it that well, you might wanna consider switching it out for some Dark resistence so your Espeon has more playtime and you dont need to Sack anything early on, if your opponent gets a good switch on you.

Thats all so far, i like the Idea of the Team tho :)

It would help a lot if we knew what EV spreads you were running, so we understand the builds of your Pokemon, but do not take my word for it.

Espeon is not a good anti-hazards Pokemon. Most hazard setters can hit Espeon really hard, and most teams will predict Espeon coming in and hammer it. As an example:

0 Atk Ferrothorn Gyro Ball (150 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Espeon: 229-271 (84.5 - 100%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
252 Atk Garchomp Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Espeon: 246-291 (90.7 - 107.3%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO
252 Atk Terrakion Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Espeon: 246-289 (90.7 - 106.6%) -- 43.8% chance to OHKO

There are some Stealth Rock users that Espeon can beat, such as Clefable, but most Stealth Rock users can flat out predict Espeon coming in and proceed to hammer it. Therefore, I suggest you replace your Espeon with a Latias. Latias is much bulkier, is not as reliant on prediction, and still keeps up the offensive pressure, despite not hitting as Espeon.

Latias (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 112 HP / 144 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Recover

The HP EVs allow Latias to take hits from the likes of Keldeo and Zard Y better, but also allows Latias to survive a Life Orb Knock Off from Landorus-I after Stealth Rock.

The choice of moves on Mega Manectric is not ideal. I suggest changing its moveset to Volt Switch / Thunderbolt / Hidden Power Ice / Flamethrower or Overheat. Thunder has accuracy issues, and Electro Ball is flat out useless against faster Pokemon, such as Terrakion and Latios. Flamethrower allows you to OHKO Bisharp Ferrothorn, but Overheat guarantees an OHKO on Ferrothorn, but at the cost of halving your Special Attack. Make sure the EV spread is Timid Nature with an EV spread of 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe. You did not give an EV spread, so I should clarify that Mega Manectric needs maximum Special Attack and Speed, since it is an offensive pivot.

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Lightningrod is much more useful than Static, as you can come in on an Electric-type attack and get a free Special Attack boost from it. You should evolve Manectric ASAP, though.
The IVs enable Hidden Power Ice while minimizing Foul Play damage.

These are just two changes I ask you make. There are more, but I cannot get to them at the moment. Make these changes for now, and you should be good for now.

Added all the recommendations, thank you, and my alternative wall is Heatran, on which I run Will-o-Wisp,(for disabling physical sweepers) Toxic,(for everyone else) Magma Storm, to prevent switching and for steady damage, and Stealth Rock. I didn't
have SR before and it is incredibly useful to me. The Latias is thriving, and is always the last to faint. Thanks everyone.
