Pokèbank OU Team

Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum! By the way, what do you think about this team? (I don't really like Celebi, I'm trying to swap it for another pokemon, any suggestions?) Give me some advice, please! :)

genesect.gif

Genesect @ Choice Band
Ability: Download
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- U-turn
- Iron Head
- Extreme Speed
- Flamethrower

Role: Pivot/Mixed Sweeper

I start with Genesect. This pokèmon is unpredictable, because the enemy can't know if I'm using a Physical or a Special set and it runs the Choice Band, not the Choice Scarf: no one can resist a Stab + Boost + Download Boost Bullet Punch or U-Turn. ExtremeSpeed with that priority saved me looooooooooooooads of times! Since all of his attacks this far are tanked by steel pokemon, the last move I have on Genesect is flamethrower.

gliscor.gif

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Substitute
- Protect

Role: Physical Wall/Staller

Pretty common set, Substitute + Protect + Toxic is the perfect combination, enough said.

zapdos.gif

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 240 SDef / 20 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Heat Wave
- Roost
- Defog

Role: Special Wall

Here comes my Special Wall. I use Volt Switch when I'm in a bad situation. I added Defog on this Zapdos because I could suffer because of the entry hazards like sticky web, stealth rock, spikes... Heat Wave to deal with pokemons like Excadrill that can easily kill this big yellow bird.

lucario-mega.gif

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Ability: Justified/Adaptibility (MegaEvo)
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Ice Punch
- Close Combat
- Crunch
- Bullet Punch

Role: Physical Sweeper

Physical Sweeper. I thought about a Life Orb set if swapping Celebi for Mega Alakazam or Mega Gengar. By the way, Mega Lucario is just great: Ice punch to deal with flying pokes, Close Combat + Stab = boom!, Bullet Punch is nice move with Stab and priority, deadly.

rotom-wash.gif

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 220 Def / 32 SAtk / 8 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Role: Tank

Complicated but good EVs for this Rotom-W. It can take damage from both Physical and Special Sweepers. Common moveset: Hydro Pump to deal damage, Volt Switch to swap pokemon, Will-O-Wisp to cripple Physical Sweepers and Pain Split to regain some energy.

celebi.gif

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 72 HP / 252 SAtk / 184 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Nasty Plot
- Earth Power
- Giga Drain
- Psychic

Role: Special Sweeper

Last pokemon, Celebi. Special Sweeper, pretty good but I don't like it that much. I cannot explain, it just doesn't feel good for me and this team. I am thinking to replace him.

Hey buddy, welcome to this forum, but you need to have descriptions for all of your team members. At least three lines of explanation for each of them. You should read the RMT forum rules, good luck!

I suggest shaymin
Shaymin is an uber, therefore he can't be used on an Overused team.

On a side note, your descriptions are still too short, but the Moderator may let it slide. You only have one pokemon who resists a fire-type move, but three pokemon who are weak to fire-type moves. This is a fairly large weakness, a Charizard Y can sweep your entire team. Perhaps a Gengar would be a decent choice for switching out Celebi. Another great special attacker is Latios. High speed and Special attack and has a large move pool to work with. Plus it adds a much needed fire-resistance to your line-up.

Next, I don't really get the theme of your team. Not a lot of synergy, tanky-ish, but with no real purpose. My team I run, doesn't have a theme exactly either, but each pokemon can help out the other one, so I have pretty strong synergy and switch ins. So think about this while you are constructing your team. Hope this helps!
