Greninja @ Expert Belt
Ability: Protean
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Naive Nature
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Extrasensory

Was thinking of water shuriken instead of Hydro Pump... didn't work so well. Ice beam and Hidden Power [Fire] for covering grass weakness. Though extrasensory can be replaced with dark pulse since Venusaur can be used to take care of grass types.

[Also does anyone find it weird it has a tongue for a scarf? Not that pokemon designs weren't weird before, but...)

Venusaur (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 64 HP / 96 Atk / 96 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Petal Blizzard
- Sleep Powder
- Earthquake
- Growth

Can be replaced with Charizard (Against fairies), however, venusaur seems more versatile (and isn't limited to the poor accuracy of iron tail).
Also, Earthquake because obvious choice is obvious, sleep powder and growth because Venusaur wouldn't be venusaur if it didn't have those and petal blizzard could be replaced by energy ball, but... well...petals.

Mienshao @ Black Belt
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- High Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- Fake Out

Regenerator and U-turn are a give couple for gaining health. Fake out for extra damage, stone edge for flying types and high-jump kick because obvs.
However, High-jump kick may be a problem due to self inflicted damage, so only use it when against Pokés weak to fighting.
If done correctly can 1hitko

Meowstic @ Light Clay
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Light Screen
- Thunder Wave
- Psychic
- Reflect

Would've went with infiltrator or keen eye, but prankster would be a better team player as it can set a light screen for the team, with the added 3 turns due to light clay. Thunder wave can set [Temporarily] stun enemies to set up status moves/ reflect and psychic is because its psychic.

Sylveon @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Pixilate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 129 SpA / 129 SpD
Modest Nature
- Moonblast
- Hyper Beam
- Dig
- Draining Kiss

Pixilate + Hyper Beam = Hype dragon killer beam.
Dig to take care of poison and steel type, moonblast for obvious fairy move and draining kiss to regain any health that [could be] is loss during battle.

Emolga @ Leftovers
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Electro Ball
- Agility
- Encore
- U-turn

Leftovers aren't a given and can be replaced with anything else. Agility and Electro Ball go hand in hand to increase damage inflicted from Elect Ball. Encore could be replaced with acrobatics and u-turn to get out of sticky situations.

This is awful beyond belief, sorry to say. Since your fairly new, you should stick to OU pokes which means no emolga, meowstic, regular venue or mienshao. But that's over half your team gone. So I would just scrap this team and built a new one with ou stuff in it.

Mienshao actually has some sort of use in OU. It's fast an has access to U-Turn plus Regenerator. It's outclassed but it does have some nitches. Pretty much every Pokemon can be viable in OU, they just have to be in the right hands.
But I agree with you. This team is completely unviable and will not win battles. Especially considering that Sylveon has Dig...

Mienshao's niche is as a counterlead, with the ability to break Focus Sashes with Fake Out and KO them the next turn with a Reckless-boosted High Jump Kick. However, I agree that this team needs a lot of changes in order for it to be a good team.
