Other Pokemo nBattle Revoluton, is it possible to make a generated file?

So to preface this. I want to do a tournament on pokemon battle revolution with friends. But the game has a very likited number of rental pokemon. I do have a pokemon platinum save file but my pokemon arent exactly all that great.
Im wondering is it possible to upload a generated save file with competitive pokemon on it to the PBR game from like a rom or something?

You can find a PBR save file for your region with box storage unlocked (or follow the steps in this post to edit a clean save) on the web, and then you can easily edit/import the box pokemon using PKHex.
