Just was wondering about some pokemon I should use.

As you can see, I'm having plenty of trouble just deciding the pokemon to use. Sadly I'm stuck with In-Game for now, and unable to trade for awhile so if you could suggest pokemon that I don't need to trade in order to evolve. Sorry for tossing Rotom onto the list, someone just said it was pretty useable, and I like the little guy.
I can decide EVs myself, and move-sets for the most part. But if you want to tell me specific moves or EVs it'd be helpful.
