Teambuilder Pokemon attack IVs autoset to 0 in teambuilder override IVs from imported sets

What is the bug?
When a pokemon without a physical attack has its attack IVs automatically set to zero by the teambuilder it will preserve the 0 attack ivs over an imported set even if it has a physical attack.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

In plain text the steps to reproduce this issue are as follows:

1. Open a new pokemon in the builder, this can be in any tier, on any server, in a box or a standard team.
2. Open up the pokemon's movepool, this can be left blank or filled out as long as no physical attacking moves are added.
3. Open up the pokemon's EV page, you should notice that the attack IVs are set to 0
4. Open up the import tool for the pokemon.
5. Import a Sample, Auto-generated, or Box set that contains a physical move on the pokemon in question (as long as the box set doesn't have custom IVs) over the pokemon. You should notice that the set has a line stating: "IVs: 0 Atk" above the movepool.
6. Save the set.

If done correctly you will have a pokemon with a physical move in its movepool that had its attack IVs set to 0. The attack ivs will fix themselves if you open any move slot on the pokemon again, but will not be fixed by changing EVs, Abilities, or Items on the pokemon in question. This also affects paradox pokemon who have their attack ivs set to 20 and more generally every pokemon in the builder.
