From Pokegym:
From now until November 30th, 2011 you can vote for your favorite pokemon.
The pokemon with the most votes will be made into an dream world event pokemon! Also, be aware that you only get one (1) vote, so be sure to make it count.

Rankings on the pokemon with the most votes will be updated every Tuesday, so you can keep track on who is in the lead.

Results for what pokemon won will be revealed December 13th, 2011 and the pokemon will be available to everybody February 1st 2012 until February 29th 2012.

So basically vote for a pokemon you want to use at the VGC (or at least by Spring Regionals)! And please don't choose something that has been already been made public

I personally voted for Zapdos but there are plenty of other useful pokemon out there. Vote, Vote, Vote!
