Rejected Pokemon insurgence for PS

I had an idea. Would it be possible to get a mode where we could use the Deltas and megas from Pokemon insurgence? I feel like it would be a good idea and really fun!

PS simulates the actual games, not fan games. These can simulate themselves on their own anyway...

My understanding of this is that PS! doesn't acknowledge or allow the promotion of fan games / roms that could compete with Game Freak, for legal reasons.

While I'm not sure if it would ever be allowed because I'm no expert on the legality of stuff like this, the place for something like this would be the Pet Mods forum here: https://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/pet-mods.549/

I'd recommend posting in the workshop first before going into submissions.

Yes the actual game, like hackmons, stabmons etc...

STABmons, Hackmons, and other OMs modify the rules of the game with a single, universally applicable, rule. An OM can usually theoretically be understood in its entirety from one or two sentences, assuming you know how the actual cartridge mechanics work.

This would be a Pet Mod, which mods the game with a list of usually thematically related changes.
