Or, give it no moveset, which is a thing Home supports.

No moves was probably a misnomer on my end, more accurately Home does this thing where it will "hide" movesets of Pokemon it either cannot transfer or if you're just viewing them separately, hasnt been transferred to SWSH. I noticed it while flipping through my various Pokemon in Home whil experimenting with transfers

so remember that problem alolan vulpix and friends had back during the Go implementation and hwo they had to fix that so there wasn't weird move overlap
