Wow, this seems like a lot of fun. :P I'd say the list looks pretty balanced. Hope you guys have fun.
shuckle is the only one that could be too good, but it may not be too bad. everything else is fine. basic uu pokemon. have fun!
Without Hippow/Ttar around, I'd imagine shuckle'd be ok too . . . though its defenses are pretty insane.
I thought about shuckle, and in the end I chose him because none of us have ever really used it.
One thing I wanted to do was give my friends pokemon that they'd never normally use in a battle because they're not as good as OU, and since we've never played UU before, I thought this would be a fun way to use pokemon that arn't called Salamence and Metagross, and also expand their knowledgei of the game and to test them as trainers.
Don't you mean "also expand our knowledge of the game and to test us as trainers," ? :P

With Jynx, I know he's BL, but its not just a UU lucky dip, its more pokemon we've never used before. Jynx isnt too over powered here anyway.
I think Armaldo might be a bit too powerful. Maybe you could swap it with a Grass Pokemon, like... oh, let's say Oddish. Or maybe Exeggcute.
If the one with Jynx is smart enough to run the Luna set,the others might get in to trouble.
Hmm... yeah he may be a little tough, I thought he had a weakness to fire and ice :s.
Ok, well here is a shortlist of physical attackers who didn't get in, I'll let you guys choose!
Lopunny (with the three punches as egg moves and fake out)
Granbul (smellingsalt/close combat as egg moves)
Purugly (quick attack/bite/assurance as egg moves)
Yeah, I'm going to try and give every pokemon their best egg moves, makes it more interesting.
I'm personally thinking Purugly, only because its got such a high speed it'd be interesting to see if its viable in any way.
I'm also thinking of swapping Lickilicky with Noctowl, to which I just realized has the potential to be an awesome special wall. Thoughts?

I don't see why, if we have a dedicated group, we cannot do this over the forum. Instead of choosing an egg, I'd just assign a number to a pokemon, you'd choose a number, then I'd trade them to you over wifi. It could work...

I'm thinking it would be better to keep this separate from Smogon if we do. Otherwise too many people will want in D:

Well at the very least the people participating would have to donate a few UT good IV pokes, so that we get a good mix etc.

I think... wow, this could inflate quite a lot.
I think we should do a "Scouting interest thread", we would see just how many people would be interested.
The thing is, if its going to be a free lucky dip, should we have every breedable pokemon as an egg? Have every pokemon in the game (I dont know how many that boils down to when you factor out NFE) and get people to choose from that list of eggs (I'd rather have no doubles bar eevee, however, depending on the amount of people...)
We really need to see how many people would be willing to see this through to the end, I'd be disappointed if anyone dropped out or just left. We'd also need people willing to help breed if the numbers get too high (I may get snowed under if too many people apply!)
It would be a great event to do online.
