Pokemon Ranger compatibility?

Question: If i will buy an US version of Pokemon D/P, will i still be able to transfer Manaphy from UK Pokemon Ranger? TIA

I've yet to see a definite answer to this but considering every other UK-US trading appears to be compatible I would assume the answer is yes.

I also just saw that you're only able to get ONE Manaphy from your Ranger no matter how many times you restart the game. That's kinda scary :[ Legit Manaphy with good stats/natures will truly be rare. Hope my little egg turns out good :]

IC, so this is what you're talking about.

Right, I did some checks and;

when manaphy is recieved, nothing is set obviously.

when the egg man is standing there, nothing is set, so you can save infront of him.

When you take the egg, its ivs and nature are set, so you can reset again and again, everything changes everytime.

I got confused on what Nicar said. It sounded like he said you cannot get more than one Manaphy for your entire Pokemon Ranger game even if you erase your file and restart. This isn't true right?

No. The Ranger Net missions (From where you get manaphy) are still recorded, so you can't do it again.

Well, at least you can get a perfect Manaphy just resetting in front of that man with the egg in D/P, right?

If this is true, maybe I'll buy a Pokémon Ranger.

No. Don't buy it. A freaking manaphy isn't worth it. If you are only going to get manaphy, the game is going to be pain in the ass cause it's freaking hard. Buy it only if you want to have some fun, making circles around pokemons, solving some puzzles and stuff. Why everybody thinks that Pokemon Ranger is good only because you can get manaphy from there? >_> It's a great game, even without manaphy. Spin-Off games need more attention.
