According to /faq lostpass on Pokemon Showdown,
"Until an email server for Pokemon Showdown is set up, it is no longer possible to reset the password for your account"

Ok, then what am I supposed to do?
Create a new username and password. As mentioned, its no longer possible to reset your password.
