Approved pokemon that are banned from nfe shouldn't show up in the nfe teambuilder

is a Metagame Resource Contributor Alumnus
when you go to build an nfe team, the first thing that shows up in the list of pokemon is all of the nfe mons that are banned from the tier:

as far as i know, every other tier doesn't display banned pokemon in the teambuilder, and i feel that nfe should be the same
