Pokemon White Team

I have been working on a team for use on Pokemon B/W. Since I last posted, I have improved significantly, and my team is actually capable of beating people with upwards of 500 wins online (a personal accomplishment). However, I'm looking for suggestions. Have at me.

Now, keep in mind. This is for the actual game, random matchup. As such, I never use more than four at a time.

I do not use Pokesav. All of these Pokemon are legitimate.

Smeargle
Ability: Own Tempo
Nature: Jolly
Item: Focus Sash
EV's: 252 HP; 6 Def; 252 Speed;
Spore
Endeavor
Stealth Rock
Spikes

Smeargle is a tricky bastard. On my team, he is almost always the lead. As you can imagine, he uses Spore right off the bat, and then spams stealth rock and spikes until he goes down. If I can, I try to get in an endeavor. Since most leads are faster than him, they're brought down to 1 HP. He's my first Smeargle, and I'm impressed with the results.

Counters: Fake Out; Sand Stream; Snow Warning. Any of these make Focus Sash but the feeble dream of a madman.

Cofagrigus
Ability: Mummy
Nature: Relaxed
Item: Leftovers
EV's: 252 Def; 252 HP; 6 Sp. Def
Will-O-Wisp
Hex
Scary Face
Toxic

Cofagrigus was just traded in from a friend, and I haven't had much of an opportunity to use him in battle. However, I have battled him personally, and I can say he is a real son of a bitch. As you can see, physical moves barely faze him, and the ones that do get burned. Pretty standard wall. Hex is for softening up the burn victims.

Counters: Special attacks. He simply can't handle them.

Gyarados
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
Item: Shell Bell
EV's: 252 Atk; 252 Spd; 6 HP
Waterfall
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Stone Edge

The only drawback with my Gyarados is that he needs one turn to get set up. Fortunately, he has the bulk to handle that. Unless they can get in a really powerful move on the first turn, he's ready to sweep. He's just about my only sweeper who isn't a complete glass cannon.

Counters: Electric attacks. Those are really the only moves that threaten him.

Staraptor
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Jolly
Item: Fighting Gem
EV's: 252 Atk; 252 Spd; 6 HP
Brave Bird
Close Combat
U-Turn
Roost

Standard sweeper. He's a bit of a suicide bomber, due to his prominent attacks. He has roost, but it rarely comes up in battle. I don't have much to say on him. Brave Bird for STAB; Fighting Gem for that extra boost on Close Combat.

Counters: Special attacks. Those bastards.

Starmie
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
Item: Expert Belt
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk; 252 Spd; 6 Sp. Def;
Hydro Pump
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Psychic

Standard special sweeper. Expert belt to compliment his great type coverage. Not much to say on it. It's really fast, but that's typical for Starmies. He rarely fails me. He handles dragons really well.

Counters: Special walls; anything faster than it.

Alakazam
Ability: Synchronize
Nature: Modest
Item: Twistedspoon
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk; 252 Spd; 6 HP
Psychic
Psyshock
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast

The veteran of my team. Even I called myself crazy when I put two psychic types on my team, but I sure showed myself. He's easily my hardest hitter, and there are few Pokemon he can't handle. His defenses are flimsy, but what else can you expect from an Alakazam. Psyshock is for special walls (take that, Eviolite Chansey). I'm not a huge fan of Twistedspoon but I don't have anything else at the moment.

Counters: Anything that survives the first hit; Sucker Punch (he only has attacks).
