Pokerus?

What does Pokerus look like in D/P? Can it be transferred over from RSE via Pal Park? Does it still spread like it used to?

I ask because I tried to transfer a poke with Pokerus over from Ruby. When I look at it in Pearl, I see a little face next to the portrait in the summary, but it doesn't seem to be spreading.

I have no idea if this is actually pokerus or the post-pokerus immunity - does the transferring process automatically cure pokerus?

it works the same...and the face means that pokerus ran out...it can be spread just like before.

I have Pokerus in Diamond and when a pokemon has it it has a PKRS next to the Pokemon's level. The little yellow smiley IS the post-pokerus immunity. Apparently, you get pokerus by battling a pokemon that has it. You can spread it across your team, but it takes a few battles/some time. It doesn't spread throughout a box, but pokemon in a box that have it won't start the timer of losing it until they're taken out. Like I said I've never had pokerus in the previous generations, but I think I've heard of it being able to spread through boxes before.

I'm pretty sure Pokerus didn't spread through boxes, at least in Advance. I already had it.
