Politoeds good bulk and supporting moves allow it to be a good help to its team with moves like Helping Hand, Icy Wind and Perish Song. Politoed's rain boosted Water STAB is able to threaten common metagame Pokemon like Landorus-T, Regirock and Incineroar.
* Scald is used as the Water STAB of choice as a Scald burn can cripple Physical attackers like Glastrier, Metagross, and Garchomp.

Perish Song is also useful in handling Set up Pokemon in the endgame like Ferrothorn and Registeel.
* Wiki Berry and Sitrus Berry give Politoed more longevity, Sitrus Berry also being 3HKOd by Urshifu Wicked Blow as opposed to 2HKOd. Wacan Berry allows Politoed to live Regieleki Magnet Max Lightning.

*Politoed is necessary to the functioning of rain teams as it has the Drizzle ability summoning the rain. Politoed alongside Kingdra and its Swift Swim ability are recommended as very necessary teammates to almost any rain team.
*Scald is used as accurate water stab with a 30% burn chance as a nice boon.
*Helping Hand Gives its partner a 50% the the next attack they launch powering up its teammates to pick up Kos they otherwise could not. Helping hand alongside Kingdra in rain can 2HKO or OHKO just about the entire Meta game. Helping hand of course still helps other teammates.
*Icy Wind: Icy wind gives speed control to the team breaking Focus sash's. This also helps kingdra to stay faster in rain vs Tailwind.
* 244 Hp evs and 76 spdf HP Evs calm lives Regieleki Thunderbolt. 60 Speed Evs outspeeds Venusaur at plus one

* Politoed can be given a minus speed nature with no speed Evs to under speed opposing Incineroar Tyranitar Grimmsnarl and other base sixty speed Pokémon. If they swap to Tapu Fini as you Swap to RIllaboom Since your slower you swap second meaning to Tapu Fini misty terrain and than Rillaboom's grass terrain Will go up. Encore can be used over Icy wind or Helping Hand to lock Pokémon into debilitating moves like Trick room and Tailwind.

*Choice specs Politoed despite the low special attack stat hits very hard with Rain and Choice specs boosted attacks. Choice Specs Politoed is an offensive threat itself being quite threatening to common just about anything that doesn't resist water. Frailer offensive Pokémon like Urshifu are OHKOd by scald and even a bulkier Pokémon like Metagross takes around 80% from scald.
*Muddy Water is strong dual target water stab capable of ignoring redirection
*Scald is reliable single target stab capable of burning the opponent.
*Ice Beam hits grass types and dragons that Politoed otherwise could not do much to. Also is able to hit Pokémon ice weak outside rain like
Landorus-t Moltres-g.Especially useful when in sun where your water moves are weakened.
* Hydro Pump is an extremely power but unreliable Water stab. You can choose to use this option only when necessary.

Unfortunately as is, the analysis, even with the formatting fixes, isn't really up to our standards. I would recommend taking a look at some of the completed VGC 21 analyses on the dex and using the analysis discussion channel in our discord if you have questions.
The spelling and grammar standards would also be helpful for you. Remember that all moves/pokemon proper noun type stuff must be capitalized!
I was going to give this a QC check but there are still so many errors in grammar and formatting that I do not feel like I can do so at this time. Politoed is able to support its team with Icy Wind, Helping Hand, and Perish Song (This is a very incomplete thought, if you want to be general that's okay but we can do a bit better than listing the moves), Politoed's rain boosted Water STAB is able to threaten common metagame Pokemon like Landorus-T, Regirock and Incineroar (support politoed isn't really an offensive Pokemon so I would not play this up too much). Politoed has many flaws, its weak to the many common Grass-types and Electric-types of the format, like Zapdos, Venusaur, and Kartana, Politoed is also not very strong unless it is Choice Specs and in that case it cannot Protect or Hold a berry meaning its much easier to take down. (we don't really care about negatives in these. just tell me why I should use this pokemon or what it's supposed to do. the kingdra comment below should be in this section)
* Politoed enables Kingdra's Swift Swim making it a near obligatory teammate to pair Politoed with, as Kingdra is the fastest and one of the most powerful Pokemon in rain.

(These examples are pretty off, Scald is mostly burning things like Garchomp and Dragapult that people might use to answer kingdra. politoed isn't staying in on these grasses)
* Helping Hand increases Politoed's partner's next attack being especially notable alongside Kingdra who can 2HKO or OHKO just about the entire Meta game (I need specifics) with a Helping Hand boost (why does Politoed using Helping Hand matter? why wouldn't politoed just be attacking?). There are a lot of Pokemon that can outspeed Politoed and threaten to KO it, so having Helping Hand can help ensure it does something useful before it faints. fluff
* Icy Wind is used as speed control for crippling faster attackers like Zapdos, Urshifu-R, and Urshifu. Perish Song is an option that can be used to clean up games especially useful with Kingdra's ability to pick up early KOs. I think you can develop these thoughts better. Why does Icy Wind matter if Kingdra is just outspeeding everything? Does Perish Song function purely to clean up games after Kingdra attacks?

* Hydro Pump is an extremely powerful but unreliable Water STAB. You can choose to use this option only when necessary to pick up OHKOs on Bulkier Pokemon like Metagross, that you could not with Scald. this entire line is clunky. hydro pump does more damage but is reliant on shaky accuracy
* Choice Specs Politoed despite the low special attack stat hits very hard with rain, STAB, and, Choice Specs boosted attacks. Frailer offensive Pokémon like Urshifu are OHKOd by scald, and even a bulkier Pokemon like Metagross takes around 80% from scald. this is choice specs politoed, so this should be the first BP to introduce the set to the reader
* 60 Speed EVs outspeeds Venusaur at plus one speed from Kingdra's Max Airstream. 212 HP EVs is Optimal for grassy terrain healing as any less HP would make you Heal less from Grassy Terrain. this is way too specific tbh, just make it either max hp or max spatk, I'm fine with either

Please be sure to put some effort into revamping this.
