Polteageist boasts a high Special Attack stat, which, in conjunction with Shell Smash, allows it to be a late-game sweeper on offensive teams. Stored Power reaches a sky-high 140 Base Power after a Shell Smash and potentially even higher if Weak Armor is activated, allowing Polteageist to hit a vast number of Pokemon in the metagame hard such as Venusaur, Mantine, and Araquanid. Giga Drain allows Polteageist to hit various defensive Pokemon harder, such as Vaporeon, Milotic, Rhyperior, and Gigalith, while recovering its HP. Weak Armor allows Polteageist to boost its Speed further when hit by a physical attack, allowing it to outspeed the entire metagame in conjunction with Shell Smash. A Timid nature allows Polteageist to outpace Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Flygon and Modest Venusaur in the sun after a Shell Smash. A Focus Sash allows Polteageist to set up in a pinch; however, White Herb can allow Polteageist to restore its defenses after a Shell Smash.

Polteageist appreciates Indeedee as a teammate, as it provides Psychic Terrain to prevent priority users such as Doublade and Golisopod from revenge killing Polteageist. In addition, Indeedee can wear down some of Polteageist's most common checks in Gigalith and Incineroar. Magic Bounce users and dual screen setters such as Xatu and Espeon allow Polteageist to set up a Shell Smash more easily and prevent entry hazards from being set up on your side of the field, thus allowing Polteageist's Focus Sash to remain intact. Lucario, and Cobalion are fantastic partners for Polteageist, as it appreciates them being able to remove its checks such as Incineroar, Umbreon, Gigalith, and Doublade. Barbaracle and Cobalion can set up Stealth Rock, possibly wearing down Polteageist's checks and putting them in range of its attacks. Similarly, Spikes setters such as Froslass, Golisopod, and Roserade are also great teammates for Polteageist. Chandelure can bait in and cripple walls such as Umbreon and Incineroar with Trick, as well as wear down shared checks. Electric-types such as Heliolisk, Toxtricity, and Rotom-C are all able to threaten bulky Water-types such as Mantine, Milotic, and Vaporeon that Polteageist may struggle to break if they are carrying Haze. Celebi is also a great teammate, as it can threaten these Water-types and break through some of Polteageist's checks such as Incineroar, Doublade, and Gigalith with Nasty Plot and Earth Power to pave the way for a late-game Polteageist sweep.

Polteageist boasts a high Special Attack stat and in conjunction with Shell Smash, allows it to be a late-game sweeper on teams. Shadow Ball allows it to threaten Pokemon such as Bronzong, Reuniclus, and Gardevoir. This generally feels like Fluff given its the STAB move and should really be obvious Stored Power reaches a sky-high 140 Base Power after a Shell Smash, allowing it to OHKO a vast amount of Pokemon in the metagame. Giga Drain allows Polteageist to hit Water-, and Ground-types harder such as Vaporeon, Milotic, Rhyperior, and Mamoswine, while recovering its HP. Focus Sash allows Polteageist to set up with Shell Smash guaranteed in a pinch. Weak Armor allows Polteageist to additionally boost its speed when hit by a physical attack, this is key as this allows Poltegeist to further outspeed base 110 Speed or higher Choice Scarf users such as Intelion, Barraskewda not a choice scarf user, reword this if you are gonna include it, and Espeon. A Timid nature is preferred as this allows Polteageist to outpace the common Choice Scarf users in the tier such as Flygon, Heliolisk, and Rotom-C after a Shell Smash. Heliolisk isn't really a common Choice Scarf user and Rotom-Mow is outsped by Modest too. If you wanted another example you could talk about it outspeeding Modest Venusaur in sun potentially.

Magic Bounce and Dual Screen setters such as Xatu and Espeon allow Polteageist to setup a Shell Smash more easily and prevent entry hazards from being setup on your side of the field. Polteageist appreciates Indeedee as a teammate, as it provides Psychic Terrain on the field to prevent priority users such as Doublade and Golisopod from revenge-killing it Personally, I would make this the first team option due to how powerful this core really can be in preventing a lot of its offensive checks, and because like tea isn't exclusive to screens, and talk about Indeedee's ability to wear down checks like Incineroar/Drapion for Tea too. Mamoswine and Cobalion are fantastic partners for Poltegeist, as Polteageist appreciates them removing its checks such as Incineroar, Umbreon, Gigalith, Doublade, and Drapion, removing might be quite a generous term to use here for Umby/Giga/Drap, would more just say that they can pressure and chip the checks instead, cause yea doublade might trade with mamo/waste its hp on coba, and incin might try to swap in on an icicile crash, but you are just gonna force out the other 3. whereas Polteageist can threaten Celebi and Bronzong for them these two Pokemon don't pose massive threats to Mamo/Coba (if mamo has knock for zong), and polteageist is more of a late game win condition that is unlikely to try and come in early game and threaten mons like Zong if these checks are still alive. A brief mention of them setting hazards would be useful here, as Tea really appreciates its checks being chipped away at into range. If you can find the space, probably worth including mention of Spikes setters like Froslass and Golisopod, tea especially fits very well on spikes HO with like Froslass + Extenderdeedee + Tea where it just much more heavily chips its checks. Toxtricity and Noivern are able to weaken shared checks such as Gigalith. Noivern isn't really weakening Gigalith sufficiently to really make any difference here. Could make a mention of Tox being able to soften up umbreon too here. Since you mention Toxtricity later, I would probably just merge this with the last point. Chandelure and Espeon can bait in and cripple walls such as Umbreon with Trick allowing Polteageist a potential setup opportunity Would disagree wiith the Espeon mention here, if you are running it with Polteageist you are probably gnona be running Dual Screens, and it doesnt really damage Umbreon enough to stop it still soft checking Polteageist pretty decently. Also would drop the set up opportunity stuff if you are going to mention that because like Umbreon is unlikely to stay in in most of those scenarios after, and just talk about how Chandelure can cripple Umbreon with Trick, and wear down Polteageists checks like Incineroar really well. Electric-types such as Heliolisk, Toxtricity, and Rotom-C are all able to threaten bulky Water-types such as Mantine, Milotic, and Vaporeon which Polteageist may struggle to break if they are carrying Haze.

Both are niche, more so Espeon, and not getting sets. For now, just say it can outpace the entire boosted metagame as I am going to say ignore the fact that Accelgor exists on the VR cos it's really bad. I will update you on this later or the second QC will change if we decide on something else. Too wordy just split the sentence into two with the SR part on its own. I would also recommend you include Barbaracle as a partner when you talk about SR users. Spikes setters such as Froslass, Golisopod, and Roserade are also great teammates for Polteageist as Spikes support allows its checks to be worn down. Chandelure can bait in and cripple walls such as Umbreon and Incineroar with Trick, as well as once again wear down shared checks. Electric-types such as Heliolisk, Toxtricity, and Rotom-C are all able to threaten bulky Water-types such as Mantine, Milotic, and Vaporeon which Polteageist may struggle to break if they are carrying Haze. Add Celebi because it can beat these Water-types and it can bring in Drapion, Doublade, and Incineroar and breakthrough them with Earth Power after a Nasty Plot opening up the opportunity for Poltea to sweep.

Stored Power reaches a sky-high 140 Base Power after a Shell Smash, and potentially an even higher base power if Weak Armour is activated, allowing it to OHKO hit a vast amount of Pokemon in the metagame hard. Try offering some examples of Pokemon hit particularly hard by Stored Power in comparison to its other moves. Mantine, Venusaur, and Araquanid are all hit harder by it than any of Tea's other moves. Giga Drain allows Polteageist to hit Water-, and Ground-typessay 'various defensive Pokemon' here instead harder such as Vaporeon, Milotic, Rhyperior, and Mamoswine make your example here Gigalith instead, while recovering its HP. Weak Armor allows Polteageist to additionally boost its speed when hit by a physical attack, this is key as this allows Poltegeist to outspeed the entire unboosted (it already outruns the entire unboosted meta after a boost, so just remove that and make it more clear here that you mean it outruns everything with both Weak Armor and Shell Smash boosts) metagame after a Shell Smash. I wouldn't really say it's key considering Weak Armor doesn't always come into play. Change your phrasing to make it sound more like an additional benefit. A Timid nature is preferred as this allows Polteageist to outpace Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Flygon and Modest Venusaur in the Sun after a Shell Smash. Bring up Focus Sash vs White Herb here.
