Set Details
========
-Porygon-Z is a powerful special attacker in VGC, capable of dismantling bulky teams with its excellent coverage and Download boosts. However, its poor bulk and vulnerability to priority makes it difficult to position effectively without strong support.
-Tera Blast is a good option since before terastalizing it's also a STAB move that Porygon-Z can use against neutral targets. Otherwise if you don't mind losing coverage for more power on the STAB move you can use Tri Attack with Tera Normal. Tera Ground with BoltBeam coverage it's the best choice overall, because of the wide range of pokemon that are threatened by these movements, but you can also use Tera Fighting, althought you will need Shadow Ball for being able to hit Gholdengo super effectively. Protect is necessary for dealing with priority like Fake Out and Grassy Glide, the latter specially if you are using Tera Ground.
-Adaptabilty is a more consistent ability overall, but Download has more potential reward, because if Porygon-Z gets the SpA boost it will be able to pickup some very important KOs, like OHKOing Primarina with Thunderbolt or ensuring the OHKO against Multiscale Dragonite and AV Rillaboom with Ice Beam. Porygon can OHKO Electabuzz with both abilities using Tera Ground Tera Blast, but only if it gets the SpA boost with Download.
-Life Orb and Modest Nature are necessary for the maximum power possible, and Porygon-Z doesn't have an specific speed benchmark that needs to surpass since it can outspeed most of the bulkier meta without a Timid nature, and it also outspeeds and OHKOes bulky Nasty Plot Gholdengo.

Teambuilding
============
-The best partners of this pokemon are priority Tailwind setters like Whimsicott or Talonflame, and priority blockers like Indeedee or Indeedee-F. Particularly Indeedee-M it's a great partner that can use Expanding Force for making a very nasty attacking combo, and it can block Trick Room with Imprison. Bulky Tailwind users like Dragonite also can work pretty well. Acrobatics Sneasler also it's one of the best partners for Porygon because they can handle it's checks very nicely: Porygon-Z can beat bulkier threats that Sneasler struggles against like Gholdengo without Throat Chop, and Sneasler handles pretty well the fast pokemons that are threatening to Porygon like Rillaboom, Volcarona or opposing Sneasler.
-Porygon-Z fits almost exclusively into Hyper Offense structures that value it's capacity of destroying slow bulky cores, most specifically it's talents fits well on Psyspam and Screens teams, because it provides zero defensive value that a balance or bulky offense team will need instead of the raw power, with pokemon like Ursaluna-Bloodmoon being overall better on less offensive structures thanks to it's high defense.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
-Porygon-Z works well if it's playing against slow-paced teams that don't have many fast pokemon or very reliable speed control, like the rain cores of Pelipper-Archaludon, or against support pokemon that doesn't do a lot of damage like Amoonguss, but the pokemon has a lot of checks. Faster threats like Sneasler or Dragapult, priority users like Kingambit or counters that can resist it's attacks and are able to threaten it back like Volcarona are a nightmare to face for the glitched robot.
-Don't try to use Porygon-Z as a sweeper that can beat all 4 of the opposing pokemon with it's inmense power. Many times you will be very benefited of doing a 1v1 trade if that trade means removing a very annoying pokemon for your team like Incineroar or a redirector like Amoonguss or Magmar/Electabuzz, allowing it's partners to clean up more easily.
-Porygon-Z will not last very long on the battlefield. You can support it with redirection, like Indeedee-F for example, but it's not ideal trying to preserve the pokemon if it's job is already done. Use it as a sacrifice that can bring a partner safely without switching when you are over of using it's talents.
-Porygon-Z its a pretty hard and prediction reliant pokemon to use, because a terastalization in the wrong time can be catasthrophic since Porygon is relying on the idea that it will be able to get that important KO, otherwise you would be on a very tough spot. For example, using Tera Ground against an opposing Gholdengo can backfire if it Terastalizes into a Water type, leaving Porygon-Z exposed to Make It Rain.
