Post interesting slang here!

Banned deucer.
Randomly thought to make this. It's always funny hearing things weird words people have come up with that just happened to stick.

I currently live in England, and in my area, we have stuff like "innit", "bloke" and call McDonald's Maccies. Sometimes we also call people nonces and bellends. In Wales, where I was born uh...we say "ych a fi" when something is rude or otherwise objectionable. It's kind of like saying "Ugh!".

Obscure internet slang counts too, I guess!

Us midwesterners call Coke and Pepsi “pop” and my gf from NY always berates me that it’s actually called soda. WTFT (what the french toast—swearing isn’t always the best looks here—is what I like to say in a situation like this) ! Idk I’ve always been keen to pop, everything else sounds off. We don’t even drink it cause its icky

I don't know why Americans say soda, it just makes me think of soba noodles instead...

my whole family is Hispanic and a lot of my older relatives say “Ay chihuahuas” or “chinga” when annoyed or disappointed instead of like “really!?!” or “fuck off”. I don’t know if this is common in Mexico or if it technically even counts as slang but this is literally the only time they ever speak Spanish so I’ll count it

You forgot the almighty british crisps and chips thing. In the UK, you get fish and french fries for ordering fish and chips, while in north america, you get fish and crisps (american chips) for fish and chips. Its confusing and I hate it. America, just switch over to that along with the metric system.
