Closing this for two reasons. One, you thread is below the required amount of descriptions in the RMT Resource Thread. Per rule #4 you need three lines of description per Pokemon. Two, Volcanion is not yet released in OU and as such you will be able to get very little if any help that is not based on theorymon.
