Bare with me on this. Clefairy had a good run in the VGC 15 Championship, and I think its counterpart could have a chance. Whether it be in the RU or NU ranks, I think it deserves a chance. So here's my Set-up for Jigglypuff.
Move 1 - Heal Pulse / Helping Hand
Move 2 - Pain Split / Wish
Move 3 - Knock Off / Icy Wind
Move 4 - Protect / Stealth Rock
Item - Eviolite (The standard for Friend Guard I expect)
Ability - Friend Guard
Nature - Timid (Icy Wind) / Jolly (Knock Off) / Quiet or Brave (VS predicted or On Trick Room team)
EV's - (Option 1) 252 Def / 252 Sp Def / 4 Spd
(Option 2) 240 Def / 240 Sp Def / 28 Spd
(Option 3) 54 Health / 200 Def / 200 Sp Def / 54 Spd
Main attraction for me this that massive health stat on Jigglypuff of 115. A good solid number any average pokemon. If the balance of defense stats can be balanced to find the best way of using Eviolite, it has the same usability as Clefairy, including a natural immunity to Ghost type moves, providing a 50/50 chance switch in against pokemon such as Cofagrigus and Golurk.
And before it is mentioned, the reason I have chosen a defensive boosting Nature is because of the fiddling around with numbers (Noob-esque post) and to still provide a minimal if anything offence
Please note, this a noob-esque post so please provde critique where available, and I hope this might actually give Jigglypuff a moveset to use
