But I don't think the real captain planet would leave food scaps around the place do you? He's taking polution down to zero after all.

Now for some constructive information. Is there a reason why Smeargle's last six EVs are so spread out, not giving you an extra point in any stat?
 
With your team you absolutely have to make sure that Houndoom or something gets rid of Gengar, otherwise Smeargle and Snorlax both get walled indefinitely. Also, max speed with Jolly on Smeargle and give it a Salac Berry.
 
Granted, Explosion after Belly Drum can rape Skarmory and what not, but Baton Pass might be better over it, and perhaps making the team overall more phsyically strong as opposed to having the team half special already. Some mvoes to consider would be a 3 phsyical move Tyranitar with Pursuit, a Metagross with Pursuit, that can easily replace Houndoom who pretty much has that only use of killing Gengar.

In other news, you have a freakishly huge Swampert problem!

To fix that, you could always replace Smeargle with a SDBP Celebi, also providing the offense to go around, but counters that Swampert thing you had. Hell, it can even counter Gengar so you can ditch Pursuit for a full DDTar or a sweeping Gross.
