Power Swap Mr. Mime!

Here's my first moveset I've posted, so bear with me here. I've always loved Mr. Mime, and I wanted to try something new with it in a gimmick team I was making. It's actually worked pretty well for me, so I want to see what you guys think.

Mr. Mime (♂) @ Leftovers
Ability: Filter
EVs: 6 HP/252 Def/252 Spd
IVs: 0 Attack and Special Attack, 31 rest
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Power Swap
- Brick Break
- Shadow Ball
- Return/Toxic/Confuse Ray

What better way to disable a threat than to give it terrible stats? Use Power Swap as a physical Pokémon switches in to kill the Mime, then Brick Break until they're down. Special Pokémon? Shadow Ball. Last move is filler; Return for more damage, Toxic or Ray for team support. Bonus points if you can pass a Draco Meteor or Agility to Mime.

[LONG DESC]
Swaps attack and special attack boosts and drops with the opponent.

From move description thread in DP Analyses. So TempestJG is right, it doesn't swap the actual stat, only changes that occurred to them.

ah. I was going off of the in-game description of "Swaps ATTACK and SPECIAL ATTACK [emphasis not added] with opponent".
