Sorry in advance for no pictures for the extra presentation but its been awhile since I've posted and couldn't for the life of me figure it out, its a surprise I even finished this.

(Lead)
Pokemon: Ninetales (Snitch)
Nature:Timid
Ability:Drought
Item:Leftovers
EVs:88 HP, 252 Spatk, 168 Speed
Moves:
Fire Blast
Solar beam
Hidden Power (Ice)
Sunny Day

Description:I put him at the lead for the obvious reason to get the Drought ability to activate and set my team into forward motion. I added Sunny Day in the moveset to really screw over other weather leads or ones that come in later play. Solar beam is a good trump to T-tar or Poli Leads for other weather teams. HP Ice has saved my ass on a Dragonite or Latios more then once.

(Physical Wall)
Pokemon: Ferrothorn (Prick)
Nature: Relaxed
Ability:Iron Barb
Item:Leftovers
EVs:252 HP, 48 Defense, SpDef
Moves:
Stealth Rocks
Thunder Wave
Protect
Leech Seed

Description: Ferro pulls more then his share of the work, he's great when I need to stall out or protect to see what the opponent plans to use. T-wave disable a great deal of the opponents team and allows my pokes to get the upper hand and leech seed has saved my ass here and there.

(Special Wall)
Pokemon: Latias (HEY YOU)
Nature:Timid
Ability:Levitate
Item:Leftovers
EVs:252 HP, 4 Def, 252 Spe
Moves:
Dragon Pulse
Wish
Protect
Roars

Description: Not as useful as I once thought her to be but she does her job and i've found wish to be a good pairing for Charizard coming into entry hazards or after take a good chunk of Solar Power Damage, it also works for protect/wish combo. Roar is a stat boost reset for my team and works fantastic. I threw Dragon Pulse in the for obvious reasons.

(Revenge Killer/ Threat remover)
Pokemon: Dugtrio (Nuggetz)
Nature:Jolly
Ability:Area Trap
Item:Focus Sash
EVs:252 Atk, 4 Def, 252 Spe
Moves:
Earthquake
Sucker Punch
Reversal
Stealth Rock

Description:I <3 these little guys they are great for removing many pest that threaten Charizard or many of my other pokemon such as Heatran,T-tar and Valcrona, once he actually stuck it to a Blissey so the team enjoys his company.

(Special Attacker)
Pokemon: Venusaur (Goin Green)
Nature:Modest
Ability: Chlorophyll
Item:Leftovers
EVs:4 Def, 252 Spatk, 252 Spe
Moves:
Solar beam
Hidden Power (Fire)
Sleep Powder
Sunny Day

Description:Oh what a pain Venusaur has been to many teams known to sweep entire teams aside under the sun with chlorophyll, Solar beam is its trumping move in the set. Hidden Power Fire has caught many people off guard and destroyed opponents who thought they had a chance. Sleep powder is a last resort to deal with major threats against my entire team and its served its purpose many times. As for sunny day its if Ninetales gets K.Oed early and my team needs another dose of Sunny Day.

AND NOW FOR THE STAR OF THE TEAM... KAISER MY CHARIZARD!!!
(Special Attacker)
Pokemon: Charizard (Kaiser)
Nature:Timid
Ability:Solar Power
Item:Choice Scarf
EVs:4 HP, 252 Spatk, 252 Spe
Moves:
Fire Blast
Air slash
Focus Blast
Hidden Power (Ice)

Description: My pride and joy brought to life by his new ability Solar Power, I have him scarfed and speed nature to out speed any potential threat so he can destroy and flee to the safety of his pokeball ready for when he is needed again wish the wish support Rocks aren't much of a problem for him to handle. Fire Blast and air slash are his Stab moves for immense damage with Fire Blast receiving and extra boost from Solar Power. Hidden Power Ice is because OU is crawling with Dragon Type pokemon and Charizard need to be well prepare against these threats. Finally Focus Blast is my response to many of the Rock, Steel and Dark Type who even dare think to touch Charizard like Heatran or T-tar.

Hey there, just some things I've noticed.

You've said you're a bit disappointed with Latias, I think that may have something to do with the moveset. While I realise that wish is quite important in helping Charizard's survivability, I would recommend running a standardish CM Latias set, so just change wish and protect for calm mind and recover. That way you can keep roar, and Latias will be able to pull off the occasional sweep. This does mean theres a slight problem with Charizard switching in and out a lot with rocks, so a rapid spinner on the team would be quite useful, either that or something like Espeon/Xatu with magic bounce. However that would require a lot of prediction.

What you could do to fix this is add maybe a Tentacruel to your team over Ferrothorn. In a sun team Ferros already crippling weakness to fire gets even worse, and the fact that you are running stealth rocks on both him and Dugtrio kind of makes him a dead weight. Tentacruel would be a good replacement as he gets rapid spin, hazards in the form of toxic spikes, and he is able to function as a solid wall. Plus he can be very useful in helping against rain teams, something your team seems quite weak to. A good set for Tentacruel could be:

Tentacruel @ Leftovers/Black sludge
Bold (+def, -atk)
252hp/200def/56Spd
Rapid spin
Toxic spikes
Protect
Scald/Surf/Ice beam

Another thing that I noticed is that your running Sunny Day on Venusaur. What I would suggest is changing that to growth, so that you can do some real damage. To make sure that you are then able to keep sun up the entire match, maybe change that Ninetales set to a more defensive and bulky set for survivability.

Ninetales @ leftovers
Timid (+Spe, -atk)
252hp/168Sdef/88Spe
Solarbeam
WoW/Hypnosis
HP Ice/Roar
Fire Blast/Flamthrower

Just a few changes you might want to try :)

I think you should add a spinner to your team. After your Charizard takes SR damage, Solar Power recoil is going to kill it pretty fast.
Solarbeam isn't such a good idea. You won't want to be trap in a move as the opposing weather starter comes in. If you want a grass type move then use Energy Ball.
