Pre-OU Bank RMT, first time doing this

I am new at this competitive battles and making teams stuff so I really need help. I have to start somewhere so if my team's description is not what you expect it to be please still help me.

Azumarill @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Belly Drum
- Play Rough
- Superpower

Dragons fear this guy now, most of the time they switch out giving me time to set-up belly drum or I predict an outrage locking them there so I can use belly drum too. Use it as an early sweeper and I am sacrificing a bit of power (mystic water) and using Sitrus Berry so I can get some hp back after the Belly drum, hence the 244HP EVs.
Sadly a strong electric or grass attack can mess up my belly drum set but for electric attacks I have Gliscor to switch out with safe and for grass attacks I have Togekiss.
This guy also counters Blaziken hard which is a plus

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Brick Break
- Pursuit

Another pokemon capable of hitting hard and with priority countering those fast and fragile pokemons like Gengar/Mega Gengar or Alakazam which can be trapped with Pursuit too. I also use him to deal with fairies like Sylveon or Gardevoir. Weak to blaziken plus if someone outplayed me I could end locked in bullet punch vs a bulky water pokemon hurting me a lot.
Going with choice band instead of sword dance because I want a more immediate power plus scizor can go down fast with a fire attack.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 248 Def / 16 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Taunt
- Roost

Kind of a physical wall that can mess up ferrothorn and Aegislash with taunt. I might also use it like a stall pokemon with toxic and roost. Covers Togekiss and Azumarill weakness to electric and is immune to sticky web, spikes and toxic spikes. Earthquake so I can deal with fire types that might be a threat to scizor.
Toxic so I can take bulky pokemons or pokemons like Rotom-W that I dont have nothing effective against it, I can switch between gliscor and azumarill to confuse Rotom-W while he slow dies from poison.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Air Slash
- Aura Sphere
- Dazzling Gleam

Kind of a Special wall. Classic paraflinch Togekiss now with fairy type added plus it can resist moves that might be a treat to Tyranitar. Thunder wave can also be useful when I face a fast pokemon and I dont want gengar to be outspeed. Might put Roost instead of Dazzling Gleam or Aura Sphere to give him more life and can annoy things for a longer time in the field. Also immune to the annoying sticky web plus he counters Garchomp hard by being immune to both earthquake and dragon attacks

Gengar @ Gengarite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Dazzling Gleam

I have always love gengar so I am even happier now that it got a Mega evolution. Hits strong and really fast plus I can trap pokemons with it and if someone wants to use a fighting move against tyranitar I just put gengar up and kill it. Is my special sweeper, most people expect disable or substitute but I choose Dazzling Gleam so I can deal with fighting types that are threating Tyranitar or Chesnaught that is said that he counters Gengar with his ability and most people dont expect this set and think they can get a free move because they think I am going to use substitute.

Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Brick Break
- Earthquake

Assault Vest and Sand Stream (even better now that it only last 5 turns so it doesnt hurt my team that much) give Tyranitar a long life in the field plus is a great counter to that annoying gale wing Talonflame.
But to be honest I just wanted a pokemon to use Assaulst vest with and I have read that he is the best, I have been thinking on changing him for another special attacker but not really sure who.

Like I said I am new at this thing so be harsh but helpful. Thanks!

I have been thinking about replacing Tyranitar with a bulky special attacker like Rotom-W or Goodra, which could work better with this team?

how about this Scizor and Gengar instead (switching Mega Stone between this two)

Scizor @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Atk / 216 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Dazzling Gleam

and this Rotom-W instead of Tyranitar since Rotom-W also counters Talonflame, gives me more special attack power/coverage

Rotom-Wash @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
IVs: 30 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Trick
- Will-O-Wisp

Maybe use Trick on a physical attacker and then WIll-o-wisp him to further hurt his Attack
