Prepare to be amazed....

Wassup ppl. My first RMT here at Smogon. I've hit a wall when it comes to getting up my ratings on shoddy, and I'm trying to improve my team as much as possible, but I don't see anything wrong as of now, so I'm posting it. All comments welcome!

TEAM IN DEPTH:

248.png

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Careful; 252 HP, 72 Def, 184 SDef
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Substitute/Curse/Crunch
Flamethrower
A really special defensive beefy Tyranitar. Basically, Stone Edge + Earthquake offer awesome typing and Flamethrower is for steels and scizors who try to switch in.
I was using Substitute before, but since sleepers aren't too common, I'm thinking of using Curse.
In the end, this Tyranitar is my main Special Wall thanks to Sandstorm + the EVs.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Bold; 252 HP, 252 SDef, 6 Def
Will-o-Wisp
Light Screen
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Rotoms are seen everywhere now, and my team has one too.
Will-o-Wisp and Light Screen help Rotom wall pretty well as well as provide support.
Shadow Ball and Thunderbolt provide powerful STAB.
Rotom is my supporter and it counters a number of dangerous threats.
Not to mention that Tyranitar + Rotom cover each other quite well.

373.png

Salamence @ Leftovers
Jolly; 252 HP, 180 Def, 76 Spe
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Roost
Physically defensive Salamence. Roost for recovery.
Makes an awesome physical tank thanks to Intimidate.
Dragon Dance provides a potential late-game sweep with Dragon Claw and Earthquake.

385.png

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Bold; 252 HP, 136 Spe, 120 SDef
Calm Mind
Wish
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Jirachi heals up the team with Wish and can use it to beat Blissey one on one thanks to Calm Mind and also possibly sweep their team.
Psychic and Thunderbolt are the main offensive moves.
136 Spe EVs to outrun Heracross, rest went into bulk.
Jirachi and Salamence also cover each other well.

490.png

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Timid; 252 SpAtk, 252 Spe, 6 HP
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Stealth Rock
Ah, Heatran, most used pokemon. It makes an amazing revenge killer. Dragon Pulse is to hit Kingdras who annoy me for super effective damage. I couldn't find anywhere else to put the rocks, so I gave them to Heatran. I went with max speed to outrun other Heatran and stuff trying to outspeed the standard ScarfTrans.

68.png

Machamp @ Leftovers
Adamant; 252 HP, 252 Atk, 6 SDef
DynamicPunch
Stone Edge
Rest
Sleep Talk
Rest-Talking Machamp to handle Tyranitars and tank.
DynamicPunch to spread confusion.
Rest is pretty standard folks, but I'm wondering if I should make this bulky...

SO THAT'S MY TEAM!!! RATE AWAY!!!

What I've noticed is that ScarfHera with night slash can do some great damage to your team, as Will-O-Wisp activates guts + Night Slash can do great damage, CC OKOs Tyranitar, and Stone Edge can 2KO Salamence even with intimidate. Close Combat/Megahorn can do some great damage on Jirachi as well, and Close Combat can OKO Heatran. It may seem weird, but you have a huge hera weakness when you have a bandhera yourself.

Oh, and why not Outrage > Dclaw on Salamence? It's definatly more powerful, and when steels are gone by Heatran, it can serve you well.

And if you want to make heracross your status absorber, put Sleep Talk > Pursuit

Yeah, prediction is key to beating Heracross for my team, or else Mence can take it decently if it doesn't have a boosting item. I also have a Tyranitar weak on this team. Would switching Heracross to Machamp resolve these problems?
Thnx, any more suggestions?

Why not use Crunch > Sub/Curse on your Tyranitar? Denying it it's most reliable and arguably best (Stone Edge is inaccurate, but w/evs) STAB that lets it come out on top of things like the Rotoms and Azelf isn't favorable.

I like that idea and I'll try that out! Stone Edge was unable to KO those Azelf leads. Heracross is generally the better Rotom switch in though. (I think.) Thanks for the suggestions.
Anyone else have anything to say?

Like you had previously noticed, you have a somewhat Tyranitar weak. Rotom-W could probably handle it with Will-O-Wisp, but it can't burn it safely due to Rotom-W is not able to come into Tyranitar due to Cruch, which has the possibility to OHKO Rotom-W. I don't really see how you can't handle Tyranitar with Heracross, as Heracross is able to OHKO with Close Combat, so it's pretty much a matter of a physical attacker duty. If you don't feel safe, then replacing Heracross for Machamp will probably be a better option, as it will help keep those annoying Weavile and Mamoswine in check as well. I think I'm more scared of Heatran than Tyranitar in this team, Scarf Heatran for the most part. I don't really see Jirachi doing anything here, just Wish Passing. I would probably slap Vaporeon over Jirachi in this team, seeing how Vaporeon does the same thing, but adds a Water resistance, can Wish Pass, counters Heatran, MixApe, and Gyarados amazingly, so I would suggest giving it a try, just make sure you run 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 SpAtk @ Bold - Wish / Protect / Surf / HP Electric.

I played a few battles with a RestTalk Machamp over Heracross, and it works great. Thnx! As for Heatran, my really special defensive Tyranitar handles them pretty well. Heatran's come in on Jirachi, who has Wished, and then passes to TTar. As for Vaporeon, I will consider it, but Jirachi is one of my few sweepers as well as Wish supporter. Thnx for the comments though, guys!
Any1 else wish to comment/help/rate???
