What is the bug?
Pressure can give negative pp to moves.
If you check Peli's Hurricane pp at the end it shows -1 instead of 0.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes. Use a pressure mon to pp stall a mon with an odd number of pp. This results in it displaying -1 pp on the move.
